Finally got myself to play in one of the Canucks R Us games on Titan. Played the LATM $10rb at same time but had no clue it was a '1 rebuy' only??? wtf!?!

Doubt I'm calling pre with the ol' 96s had I known this. Anyways call a near pot cbet with few callers in pos. with double-gutter & FD, turn the flush, ship a pot-sized bet when checked too & lose to nut flush.. execting to rebuy (as I'd clicked auto-rebuy option & had rebought already).. & POOF.. 'gg'. I would've never rrai earlier either (< the first time I took a rebuy).. sigh. Really wasn't clear in the lobby at all but not like there's anyone you can complain to on Titan. (I cannot understand their lack of involvement via reps. on forums, etc... it's almost like they don't want to increase player traffic on their site by making some very small improvements (ie. synchro the mtt breaks, Late Reg.for MTT's for starters).

Yeah there's some maaaajor donks in the $10R. Just had a guy with a 30bb stack 4xBB raise preflop with A2o, then snap shove over my 3bet (I had AQ). He turned the deuce lol

About 3-4 weeks ago I received a phone call from Titan, they offered me a free buy-in to a $1 SnG, I was playing on Party at the time so I said sure I'll load up Titan. Soon as I logged in the same rep popped up and sent a ticket for any SnG, played the double or nothing and won, went to another and lost played a couple of steps SnGs and I'm back down to 25 cents.

I don't have a problem with Titan other than what I've stated before... too many rebuys and no late registration.

Yah, alot of the micro buyin tourneys are also 'Speed' turbos (3min. blinds w rebuys). I've never bothered to try one yet. Not real interested either.
They've got a couple of $1 DailyDollar games in the lobby now ($1,000guar.). One is a freezeout with doublestack (3,000chips) & the other is a rebuy. There's a handful of $5 freezeouts too but the structures of those tourneys are pretty awful. (why don't they just make them 3,000chips?).
Z28, is your account on there in Cdn.$'s or US $'s. If it's in Cdn. $'s I'll send you a couple small buyins on there. (pretty sure you can only transfer to same currency)

Change to 'Canadians only' tourneys on Titan

As many of you probably already know, there's a change (again, lol) in the Titan lobby with the Canadian tourneys.

Titan has changed the 'Canucks R Us' tourney to a $1 rb with $150added but now needs a minimum of '20 entrants' in order to run. So.. let's get out there & reg. for this thing!

The LATM tourneys are also still running on Titan - - some nice cash-added prizepools with a ton of Brazilian uber spazz Laggro donks in them (...vamoooooos). Let's grab us some of that 'free moniezz' & bring it up north of the 49th parallel (so we can buy some more dogsleds & sheeee-ite).

Also, the 'canada PayDay' $2,500 freeroll has been changed to the $1,250 & now you only need to earn 50pts. in the 2wks. up to the tourney (50pts is sfa on Titan... you get 17pts. for playin' a $10+1 tourney). I'm pretty sure these are running twice per month now. (actually there's one running right now, lol)

Knowing that to do p2p transfers on Titan accounts have to be in same currency, I've never bothered to make any (I deposited in Cdn. funds & friends I know who play on Titan had deposited in US funds). I just had to check again what the minimum is, after reading Z28's post on here & thinkin' that $50 was a bit steep, was pleased to see it's actually only $20 (but the sender needs to keep a min. of $50 left behind in their account).

Support only took 2mins. to chat with me today!! Wow!

Oh & Z28, things are goin' a bit better on partypoker for me... although I've still hardly ever played on there (< maybe that's why it's going good for me?). I'm planning on adding a bunch of their cheap tourneys into my schedule this next month (the $6 deepstack & $10 guar. games). Hope I do well right off the bat cuz if I don't I'll be busto on there by the end of the week. Thinking about actually depositing on there though too (if things don't go well in my first week).

Over 30 entrants in this one tonight. I had pre-reg'd., got home 50mins. after it started, was real tired so I decided > if I double up once when I shove I'll stick around & keep playing but if I lose.. fk it. I shoved decent hands 4x in a couple orbits, then got called & lost... 'gg'

REALLY weak players on there tonight if anyone's looking to build up a micro bankroll, you might want to give this one a shot.

I recognize a few of the names in that LATM from reg. mtt's on iPoker & also a few from some priv. tourneys (not just on iPoker). There's a handful of good players but omfg there's a TON of really spewy/aggrospewtard ones too... probably more than in anyother tourney I play in. vamoooooooooos

I missed the first 30-40mins., walked by puter & first hand I see (I was sitting out but sat back in just in time) is '55'... I've got ~18-20bb's UTG1.. so I shove.. folds to BB.. calls w AK. I lose flip... fk it! No rebuy I'm out, lol (there's only ONE rebuy anyways.... wish they'd advertise it like anyother site > 1R1A.. cuz I've spewed-shoved before in it, thinking I could rebuy multiple times then finding out my A8o 40bb's deep was no good & it was 'gg' for me, lol).
I think I've cashed once in those LATM's.. out of playin' maybe half-dozen or probably more. (a f'n min. cash too)

Lost out on a gazillion spots... so frustrating (ie. 3bet w KK.. & then site shuts down on me... then later > overshoving pre with lots of ss's on table w AA a couple times cuz of fear of software shutting down on me again).

Ended up getting 2nd for $54 with no rebuy & no add-on (didn't add-on cuz I was soooo short & because the site kept shutting down on me).
Still felt robbed though - - had to open-shove in spots I wouldn't have if site wasn't f'n up on me (ie. AA, KK, QQ open-shoving 3-handed).

$54 ok for a $1 investment though Nice way to say goodbye to Titan.
