Good luck finding this answer. Everyone has a different reason, view, stance including their support teams. You will get a different answer just based on who picks up. If the support has no clue, not looking good for the rest of us

Actually I had a problem too. Not with installation, but with inactivity. If I walked away from my computer (not in a game) it threw up an error screen that said 'server connection problem'.

I went through this several times yesterday until I actually registered for a tournament, then it was fine.

Not sure what kind of upgrade you guys did. I like the new look and feel, but your backend sucks.
