Still down... It's raining where I am and I only like to play ACR. I'm not happy but it's giving me time to study away from the table. Anybody doing the same?

I am now just able to start downloading the update. They have been under a DDOS attack for a few hours now. So this is a good sign.

The update download is very slow. Need to be patient. So far it has been over 11 minutes and I am at 62%.

Finally able to download the update a few minutes ago. It was fast, but experiencing what kbuinowski is seeing -- blank lists and the word "configuring..." in title bar.

The ACR rep stated that their IT techs are still working on it. That status has not changed yet.

I won a freeroll tournament last night first place, and am going to be pissed if that's not in my account when its back running... I tried to login today but the software just said configuring and wouldn't even bring the login screen up. It ended up having me send an error report and I did see something where it said illegal activity but yeah I don't participate in anything illegal nor would I even know how to pertaining to online poker.. So I uninstalled the software to try and reinstall it but it wont let me & I'm getting something saying forbidden when I try to download it. Anyone else seeing these issues as well?? Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem. AFAIK, they are still under attack, so the software will show that Configuring... in the title bar.

I am able to update the software and download it from their main website. No problems there.

And yes, your money from the freeroll last night is not affected by this attack. If it was in there last night, it is in there right now -- just can't verify it right now becuz of the attack. Be patient.

So r we going to be able to play tonight or not?

About and hour and twenty before the game, it has been down all day so hopefully they found the fix.

Apparently they're experiencing a DDoS attack. They'll cancel any tournament that were running and issue refunds on them.

The ACR Rep will let you know when they are operational again in the official ACR thread

I had experienced problems/freezing, unable to bet on hands and being timed out almost 20hrs ago and i'm still not able to get on to site. Not a very good impression for a brand new player to their poker site.

I just tried to go on and it won't let me log in. It keeps saying an error has occurred. Two days without poker is ruff!!! I'm reading a new book and this time without poker has gave me a lot more time to understand it. If anyone hasn't check out Applications of No-Limit Hold'em by Matthew Janda I suggest giving it a try.
