Serious question for people on this thread that claim Blom is a genius poker player when the guy wins 4 million.

Do you also regard him as a genius poker player when he loses his bankroll and goes broke ?

Ill wait for a logical answer to this simple question.

still waiting.

if you wish to claim Blom is a poker genius and one of the best poker players of all time, do you also feel that way when he donks off his bankroll because he doesnt have adequate money management skills and cant control his addiction to gambling and the thrill of the over aggressive style of poker he is known for ?

Are you suggesting here that there's an advantage to be gained by avoiding certain days (or weeks... or perhaps months).
This comment alone tells me YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS!

Go wave your magic wand & win gazillions of fantasy bucks, lol

You didn't answer my question here. Why?

And once again you've been attempting to put words in my mouth.

How would you even think you're qualified enough personally, to even know if Blom is good or not?
Why don't you survey some of the best players in the world, asking them what they think of Blom's game? Oh.. others already have. What do you think they'd say?

Back when Blom made his first appearance on FTP, at that time what do you think other top online cash game players thought of his game? Did you watch any of those tables back then?

Do you think a bad player could come onto the scene at the time back then & totally crush one of the top players in the world?

In your view, Phil Ivey must suck too... I mean everyone knows he blows MILLIONS on casino games... 'games of chance where the house has the edge'. WOW..he must really suck!

He has always followed these epic upswings with epic downswings. Not so this time. Hopefully he can keep it up because love him or hate him he drives the high stakes action

Yeah I agree he drives action at the table, but it's not like there would be no high stakes action without him

we all know that he is wealthy. If we want to become he , we must need some tools to help ourselies. One of the tool is the IR contant lenses. It is the most easy and convinence way to help you. It can read marked cards easily, this seems to be a very amazing thing but not difficult. Besides, the IR contact lenses will not do harm to you eyes at all and will give the exact eye color you originally have

I've talked to some people that met him in real life and everyone says he is a cool guy, very fun to hang out with and obviously a good card player.
Always entertaining to watch him and Ivey and those guys at the big cash games online.

Well there is a lot to say about victor[isuldur1]blom but that he is one of the if not the! most spectaculair/aggressive/entertaining[to rail] and special players ever to play online is in my opinion a fact.

And calling him a addict is a clear sign of not knowing what a addict is.
Because there is no way that a guy can play 7 years on the highest stakes and still be there[well on what is left of the HS online without him playing with a full bankroll] unless you have very wealthy parents is simply impossible for a addict.

Victor has seen maybe 10ns of millions come and go and/or won and lost, and once had a loss of 4-5 million in a single session[by many seen as a scam?] that he should? have avoided? spot? and without that mistake? he would have been in the black for a million or so.
And seeing some real addicts like the greek and unger[mostly because of his coke addiction?] for instance i see/or hear no reason to cal him a addict.

Because as far as i know/hear/read/see he is stil eating/drinking/living in a house/apartment and there are no signs he is far over his head in debt because there is no way he could be in very big debts and nothing no believable rumors no whispers and what not without it coming out on some point[and so far it has not as far as i know] ok that he has loans/debt is without question but they seem to be under control/manageable.

But hey since victor is very good in hiding/keeping himself out of the spotlights i could be wrong but i believe he is not.
And he is not cashing in on his popularity which he could easily do, because he could make a lot! of money if he was even half of a publicity wh.re/narcissist as daniel negreanu for instance right?.

And hey i got too admit that he is certainly not the player with the best bankroll management to say the least lol but then again i don't think you could call him a typical poker-pro.
I have the idea that victor does not play primarily and/or to make money and more for the love of the game and the kick/rush of HS poker and frankly i don't know how to cal him in light of his many big up and down swings but a addict or degenerate no that is too harsh he certainly ticks some of the boxes and/or is closer to being one then many other high-stakes players but hey aren't they all a little bit? but i think i leave that to the scientists [of the brain] to explain that because i sure there is something different about these HS players/gamblers.

No i just love too see the guy play because he is! something else just like guys like jordan or John McEnroe or Lionel Messi he seems to have that unexplainable natural talent and guts and instinct that can never be learned.
And i and i bet many with me think that victor makes the rest[well 99%] seem so boring to look at because a game between jungle and ben becomes boring after a while and hey too become a successful[financially] pro they have to play like that and all respect for their game it just bores me.
And since i am a live player only, because on-line poker bores and/or interest me just as much as having a terrible migraine/toothache.
So I don't really give a damn if victor is considered a great/bad poker player I just love to see him play and i don't think anybody can deny that he is/plays just that little bit different then all the others at times and not really be able too put your finger on it what that is that makes him for me the special one of on-line poker.

So i really hope that he will come back with a healthy bankroll because like already been shown without isildur1 on-line high stakes poker is as good as a graveyard like last months have shown.

And to make a long story even longer i also have to say that victor is as far as i have seen/heard/read is also a really nice guy and that also makes me a fan of the poker player isildur1.
Thank you
