I am of the opinion that poker is getting harder and harder to break even, with rake going up and rakeback nearly
non-existent these days, and the dwindling amount of sites that allow chat and poker aids.
So I am a pessimist, hope I am wrong but I can only see online poker contracting more and more, unless poker sites
stop looking at players as cash cows and start giving them value.
If you have tried lately to find customer services on most sites, good luck to you, it is nearly impossible.
Of course if the US came back that would change everything, fingers crossed.

More money to the sites, not the players. The trend is towards fast tournaments and less-skill games. The sites don't want the regs to take all the money from the recreational players. They want people to deposit and not withdraw money from the ecosystem. The rake will be high and the games fast. More and more like a casino but with a little edge left for the good players. More and more a social game.

I like More playing live pkr , But ir cant be done at any Time and any day you want.... thats pros - cons.. but you all know that the algoritm sometimes Is so predictable that.. live poker is better.

Things must change so that you can play online but with dealers and in videoconference 'mode'.
