Player funds should be 100% separated from Poker Site operational monies.
Players should receive withdrawals in days, not months or even weeks.
If you can't complete a withdrawal of your money in less than ten business days, you're playing on the wrong site. Continuing to play or deposit there is tacit acceptance to high risk and the short odds of never seeing your money again.
Every other excuse for not getting money to players requesting it is just that: an excuse. Caveat Emptor.
Except everyone continues to forget about the UIGEA.
Glad to read this. I hope not only that they do pay but for them to remain operational. I like the room.Huge number of cashouts passed out just a number of days ago.
Those who want proof simply google the thread on 2p2 which has tracked cashout speeds, etc.
Lots of max cashouts where handed out I think on the 8th or 9th.
It's definitely not where it needs to be, but talk of Merge=Lock needs to end obviously, THEY ARE PAYING OUT.
As soon as I get the money I'll post here, for sure.I would hope that when some of you who have gripped in here, actually come back and tell us that you got your money and it took (fill in timer frame).
It would show at least a little class.
It's day 31st of waiting for me, for the same withdrawal method...Yes, i get the same answers from them brother :/ All we can do now is to wait :/ I'll post here if i get my money soon so you can know what to expect...I've been waiting for 24 days for my Skrill withdrawal, which is immediate in rooms like Stars and FullTilt and a 1-2 days delay at most rooms.
I've sent them three emails about it. This is their last response:
"Thank you for contacting us.
This is an email in relation to your query about your withdrawal. We are still experiencing a delay on the process. We are currently looking in to this issue on your behalf. As soon as an update does become available we will contact you via email. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay, and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. Our priority if for our customers to have their funds as soon as possible. We really appreciate the patience you have had with us thru this situation."

I requested a Withdraw on March 29th, and like many of you, I have yet to receive what I earned.
Today, I received an email from Carbon offering a Western Union transfer. I accepted, but apparently I have to wait, but "not as long as I have been waiting".
I will let you know what happens. I really enjoyed Carbon until this debacle.
Usually the Western Union offer is a lot quicker than the check.
Good luck, really. Hope you get your money in the next few days.I got the same message and contacted carbon. Less then 4 hours went from Pending to In Progress. I requested withdrawal on March 31. Will give an update When cash is in hand.
Good luck, really. Hope you get your money in the next few days.
Congratulations! I'm at the two month waiting range. Whats a peer to peer transfer?
Not to sound dumb, but I don't know what a peer to peer transfer is.
sorry. If you find out, let me know.
I can get a little dumb on some things. lol

Thanks for the info.I think it's just a different way of writing "player to player" transfer or P2P ... formerly Carbon Poker had this option available to all players, currently in BCP and ACR we can do P2P ...and...you are not a dumb
