March 31: Filed for a withdrawal
June 17: Got email offering the option of sending funds via a peer to peer cash transfer.
June 18: Excepted the offer and went from pending to in process.
June 19: Money sent and now money in hand.

Carbon is paying.

Friday will be week 13 for my withdrawal in pending. No offense but I am hearing about payouts from people who have been posting here recently about getting paid. When I check their carbon handle here and when I look them up on OPR or Shark Scope they couldn't possibly be getting paid out more than a hundred bucks and that's being generous. My withdrawal is for over 2G and this is the response I got yesterday when I asked Carbon about these so called transfers being offered.

Is there anyone here, from the US (I'm in NY state), who has gotten paid 2G or more in the past 3 months and if so when did you place your request? My last payout was at the beginning of March from a January request. This latest request is from 4/1. I have been cashing out on Carbon for 3 years now and never had a problem before. No, no it isn't and you've been linked and told where to go to get the info on who got paid out in the last round, PLUS fellow CC'ers are reporting getting paid out.

I was also linked to the 2 plus 2 forum where I registered and added my name to the list of people who haven't gotten paid, who far outnumber the shills who claim to have gotten paid. Sure I recognize a few of the names but it's easy to do that with absolutely no proof. If I hear from someone who I play with, and I play quite a bit, who has cashed out for more than 1G in the past 3 months then maybe I will have some hope in the meantime stop shilling for this less than reputable site that is stealing my and everyone elses money.

I personally have not cashed out on Carbon but I have online friends who say Carbon Poker is one of the better sites they use. They have never had any problems to date with the site, especially with cashing out.

talked to rep when live support was still available after the five week mark and got a pretty generic response. i emailed this week after ten weeks and had a generic reply again with one part saying my issue was flagged as high priority. Which I will only wait to see if that speeds things up.

I had asked about switching from check to western union like some other players I have been seeing had requested. When I asked they never answered the question. I then emailed a second time and made my point clear in this one that I wanted to switch to western union, I was then told that the option for western union was not being used at this time.


On a side note, I see the requirements for their 10k freeroll is depositing, first thought I had was, how much of a way is this to get a lot of deposits (i.e. quick cash) so they can speed up these withdrawals.
