We want to be able to give you an exact day. However, a precise date may just be giving false expectations and in turn will lead to further frustration for you. So we are basically waiting to have a change of status on your transaction or a clear indication as to when it will go out so we can share it with you as soon as it becomes available.
We can assure you that we are doing our best effort to process your request as fast as possible. You will receive a notification via account message as soon as your withdrawal request has been processed.
