Taking forever
I think we are all having the same withdrawl delay. I have been waiting for 6 weeks and it is still pending. I contacted the support and all they told me was that there was a delay because of how many checks they are legally allowed to process. I asked for some comp and they said that I have to ask for that after I get me check. :icon_sant

Don't be surprised if you're waiting over 3 months for a Carbon check.
They are super slow processing checks right now. Everybody is still getting paid though. DON'T FREAK OUT YET.

Response to Carbon not paying- 10 weeks
The dates on this thread go all the way back to 2012, though this is a 2015 problem. I was asked to show my cash out page:

(cancel is the option if I want to use these funds). It is 10 weeks now since the request for withdrawal and they estimate 5 weeks. I will NEVER play Carbon again!!!

I live in the US and have had a withdraw pending at Carbon for 6 weeks now. I have contacted support (chat) several times. They keep telling me that they have an influx of withdraws right now and I will get it, but they refuse to tell me when.
In one conversation I was told their site isn't intended for poker players to make money anyway but it is provided for entertainment purposes only! Has anyone else had these problems with Carbon? I really am starting to feel like they are not going to give me my money at all.....

They claim on their site 3-5 weeks for checks to the US. Which is BS! Horrible customer service. They really only care about keeping your $$$$

Right, it's going to be longer than 5 weeks to get your money. They are still paying people out (around 2 months for most people I see in the 2p2 page), and it's been that long in the past before and yet Merge did not fold, actually it grew and got cash outs down to 3-5 weeks from that point.
I hope Merge improves its cash out time, but posting this at 5.4 weeks or whatever is pretty whatever to the thread.

I didn't realize when a company tells you it will have your money in 3-5 weeks (this is their policy on checks) as stated on their website. That you should just deal with it for 2-3 months. It is horrible customer service, period!

Yeah the graphics of BCP & ACR look plain as hell, but as long as they're paying out withdrawals they could have ATARI/Nintendo graphics for all I care LOL.

The screenshot he took says check or gift card. Are those their only cash out methods? Does it make a difference in how long the cash outs take?

Players outside of the US may be able to use Skrill or Bankwire. Usually players from the US though only have the check option. If they have been waiting for like 2 months they can change the check request to Western Union if the withdrawal is under $1,000.

I've been waiting for 24 days for my Skrill withdrawal, which is immediate in rooms like Stars and FullTilt and a 1-2 days delay at most rooms.
I've sent them three emails about it. This is their last response:
"Thank you for contacting us.
This is an email in relation to your query about your withdrawal. We are still experiencing a delay on the process.We are currently looking in to this issue on your behalf. As soon as an update does become available we will contact you via email.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay, and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.Our priority if for our customers to have their funds as soon as possible. We really appreciate the patience you have had with us thru this situation."

That is the only option for US players. And I am going on 7 weeks and they still haven't processed my check. If you like your money, stay away from Carbon poker!

It seems to me. That something bugger behind the scene is probably going on. It may affect the room greatly. Or it may not. They have been around for a long time. And always one of the bigger rooms. Just be careful if you play there.
