How do you prepare yourself just before an online poker match?

that way i can make sure to use my timer,
plus the fact I always get dealt ACEs If im not at the computer lol

I play an important tournament only when I know I have the ME time ( no disturbance). Otherwise it’s not worth playing a tournament because that could be disturbing.

Other than that no preparation needed.
Just concentrate and play fearless poker.

I sometimes go for a walk and take some fresh air. That helps me clear my head and focus better. I also open the window during the breaks and rest in yoga poses. No kidding, also beneficial for back issues.

I don't really prepare but at bigger tournaments I have to think about the tournament all day and can't really work on other things productively.
But since I only play poker as a hobby, I generally don't need much preparation.
