Do You Get Nervous When You Play?

Generally l dont have a strage fright when l donnt participate in hand but l am very nervous when l play some hands especially when playing tournaments with middle or high buy in. l know this not good for some poker player but when l playing online that not much affect on my results. In live poker nervousness is a big factor of game.

The nervous are present when the stacks are to big, like the 25% of my chips I think that's normal in the play, and that's felling can help you to win or lose your games

For me, nerves and excitement are the same things. Giving that, the nerves keep me focused on the game. It's that feeling that keeps me going in long tournaments.

The only time I've ever really been nervous during a tournament was my first Heartland Poker Tour Event, and when I won a ticket to the Bovada to the $100,000 Guaranteed. I busted both early of course. Since then I've been fine, except for win I made the final 3 of a 5000.00 guaranteed (30.00 dollar buy-in) and I knew I was going to win, which I did for my biggest score to date ($1320.00).

but also hand like AKo in big pots.Evry time I have a good A the thought just runs "oh here we go again". It took me a while to be able to fold AQo... and a few tournaments lost =)
