I just lost a 90 on FT :( Pushed all-in against a fairly small preflop reraise with AKo, villian called a 30xBB all-in with A10o and hit a 10 on the river. Depressing way to start the day.

Having mixed sucess opening up my game at later stages, had an intresting game yesterday going down to 250 chips with 7/9 peeps left then coming back and winning it, life has been pretty hectic so havn't had much time to study Moshmans book.

I keep getting HHs to put here but then either think this is too stupid too post or just not doing it out of laziness, how I will ever improve my game I dont know. I have only really played 1$ and 3$ games and have withdrew money a few times and had to start from scratch which doesnt help at 50$ fro 30$ right now. So guess I shall play some poker see how it goes.

Well only a very few options...

J9 = Flopped the straight and slow played it
x10 = Hit trips on the river
Or Pocket pair for the full house....

But my guess he missed hes flush just for the pure aggression on the river...

Why oh why are you inflating the pot with TP noKicker & noDraw. I imagine that you were beat on the flop by TPGK+nutDraw.

Without reads given villain is halfway decent what is his limping range UTG +1 ?

I think pp-99 maybe KQo/s, A10o/s, AJo/s, AQo/s - possible limp/reraise AKo/s, 1010,JJ,QQ,KK,AA.

On the flop you hit TPWK looking at a possible possible straight / drawing to a flush or straight flush.

What does his raise to 1200 on the flop mean ?

- it doesn't look like a value bet being too much to be called easily.
- protection against draws ? Possible TPTK (AQ)- TPGK (KQ) but why the overbet ?
- bluff/semi-bluff ? Having position it seems possible here, too.

On the turn villain calls your bet - so I would rule out bluffs with air now (calling just dosen't make sense then) - it could be an oesd or flush-draw still.

I don't understand exactly why you are betting here anyway - your hand is rather easily beat.

On the river villain reraises your 1800 to 3600 - this seems to be a value-bet now - he knows you're beat but thinks that you'll pay another 1800 - he won't make you fold if you have TPGK or better.

Just my opinion but I put villain on KQo/s , A10o/s.

Conclusion: Your Q3 doesn't look good on the flop, turn or river - let it go next time after villians raise in position and save a lot of chips.

Limping with everything, calling all raises, with crap.
I could not even steal the pot, with him, i could only use my cards to beat him.

EDIT: i just went in the HH, to give you his range..

So villain is a calling station, makes my question even more relevant. Since you can't put him on an exact hand, how did you put villain on a range that is so devoid of a better Q and so full of Tens?

Something, did not sit right. The only thing i could think of was AQ, or a 10.
Next game i'm keeping the HH up so i can find out the mucked hands..

I"m going to give it one more shot, i hope i can do more stealing in this game, then the past 2 games..

Some donk calls my 3x bb raise, and 400 pot bet with J9. AA killed again..
Is FT this dam bad, with this. Pay the donks, not the ones, who are trying to win.
I need to load the games in to PT3, and find out how many times this makes.

Maybe you need to raising more when you get a premium hand to keep fish and calling stations off the hand... 5 maybe 6 x BB

I don't think that would of worked, he raised with 45 off suit, hit a str8, then with KQ, then with suited cards.
Hit every time...
UB best be better to me then FT right now.
Even when i went all-in pre-flop i've had Aces beat, on FT...:joyman:
It best be better in Reg 9 player SnGs....
