It depends on what you're playing. What are you looking for from the training site? (some are geared towards MTT play, others cash tables, others mainly SNG... some more for higher stakes.. & some for micro & lower stakes).
Perhaps get a bit more specific here for a better response.
Personally speaking Cardrunner is great .it is one of the most recognised internet poker training sites and are very popular among online players. Their coaches include some of the best players in the world who play at the highest stakes in poker who create high quality videos to help you improve your game. Some of the coaches include Cole South, Brian Townsend and Brian Hastings who have all established themselves as top poker players winning millions online and offline.
Is it worth the money when your playing micro limits? Since you need to play so abc I always thought not.
If/when I reach 50NL i feel it may be time to invest in a training site and always figured cardrunners was the best.
So what are the options for low limit cash game? Deuces cracked or cardrunners.
I haven't tried Cardrunners but DC has a ton of videos aimed at micro and mid stakes games. Also, the subscription is cheap enough that even for a micro player like me it pays for itself.

Im currently a member of PokerVT Daneil Negreanus training site. Has good information and tips also TONS of videos which are cool to watch. One shows Negreanu going broke in a micro cash game lol. See happens to even the best lol.
Unfortunately tho Negreanus small ball style is more geared for deep stack tournaments which isnt really applicable for most of us.
the site is also unclear a lot of the time on what type of game thier talking about.
the site does have good tips and also a good math section with charlie swayne altho i found it very hard to understand. also the videos of the pros playing online are VERY entertaining. daneil going broke in a micro game was one of the MANY videos they have of him and numerous other pros playing online. Paul Wasicka is also on there with videos of him playing cash games on full tilt.
id say your better off buying books from sklansky and harrington and utilizing all the free information on the internet.
