With me it depends on my overall state of the mind. There are days when I can take three bad beats in a row and I still feel in control and alright, accepting the reality and being ok with that. Then there are days when I make one wrong call and it drives me crazy, lol. Sometimes I get carried away and I want to 'punish' the bully/lucky donk at the table or something .... When that happens I know I'm taking it personally and should walk away. But I also love getting other people to tilt LOL. Of course, good player won't let you do that, but with donks it usually works.

Worst is when some donkey literally never folds and shows down almost every hand, seemingly rivering me every time.

Mind you, then he proceeds to spew my chips back to other sharks at the table on the hands that I fold.......

What tilts in me is when I do not fold hands that I know are beat. Like when i have two pair that I know are not good anymore on the river. I find myself making excuses to call, when in reality the hands I beat are a very small percentage of his hand range.

I tilt when other players play like retards and get rewarded. I see it everyday like going all in utg 50bb with 95 off and winning against 3 people. That tilts me more than the bad beats. Its like why even play if your going to do stuff like that.

What tilts me the most is others success when I can see they are a TERRIBLE player.

Like a Bovada 100k tourney and player 681 has won 7 flips where they were at best 50% a favorite just once.

Its super frustrating for me seeing a player win Q10 vs AA 3 times in a row then to just bust me with the same hand.

Second is people floating on a board with AhKh on 7c9cJs. Floating to the river just to hit an ace or king when they were not given the correct odds to be in.

What tilts me...... Hmmm.

When I keep getting dealt garbage, repeatedly. Then, I finally get a decent starter. I raise. I get 4 callers. I miss the flop, C/F. The winning hand is Q-4o.

Then, like others said, watching people just play terribly can continue to luckbox. Here is an example.

A really loose luckbox player limps in MP. I fold, a couple callers (FR). Gets around to BB, who raises to $0.32 (2c5c). Only player to call is the luckbox.
Flop 3-8-3 two spades. BB bets, luckbox calls. BB C/C remaining streets. Luckbox rolls over 8-3s FTW.

Things like this tilt me after a while, assuming I am just running bad in general, and losing.

If I get outplayed, I humbly take my lumps. The better player won.

When these loosey goosey guys decimate my stack with monster starting hands such as J2 suited and 73os and shoves on the flop with bottom pairs and ace high, I start to question reality and an urge to smash things rises.

It's not so much I hate these guys, it's the difficulty of wrapping my mind around something so unlikely happening to me. I've had some streaky turn and river cards that boggle the mind.

How can I get it in on the flop with a 90%+ win probability and chop twice and lose the third one?

This is not even including the insane 3 outters or runner runner flushes.

If you make a crying call on the river because you can’t stand the thought that an obnoxious opponent might be trying to steal the pot, you are on tilt. If you re-raise with a second-rate hand because you’re impatient to score a big pot, you are on tilt. If you check a hand that you know is worth a bet because you’re fearful of risking more chips, you are on tilt.

Not bad.

I dont get on tilt when I loose with my aces or kings.. It happened so many times to me that I am immune about it :)

But what can pissed me off is when I know I am better on flop and turn, so I am building nice pot, but magic river card come which changes everything and I know that lucky motha****a hits his gutshot or runner runner flush :D

I think limpers, either limping behind or open limping are my biggest tilters. Ive embraced the worse beats ive taken as ive seen enough hands to know that ill likely deliver a beat just as bad

Bad beats don't normally send me on tilt but bad decisions frequently do.

I get so mad at myself for being dumb that I lose all rationality.

The only times that bad beats will do it is when I am playing tired.

Same here. I made a terrible call yesterday with KK on a super-coordinated board when the action indicated a fold. It was at micro-stakes, where I sometimes suffer what I call apathy tilt.

Pretty sure I would have folded at higher stakes, or in a tourney. Can't stand to make bad decisions.

Meanwhile, my best friend just turned $50 into $637 in three days. I don't think he makes many donk-calls!

I don't know why, but my blood pressure raises when someone minbets, call my ridiculous raise, and then just minbets again on the next street ._. (5NL)

What gets me on tilt is when someone that is playing on luck will start talking crap because they won a couple of descent hands. They start saying things like I you can't beat me.

They try to say they are a better player just because they have gotten lucky. When said person will win with crappy hands then rub your face in it.

I remember a live game I was playing where it was me and a friend in a pot and he was spewing this crap like, " You can't beat me, I can't lose. You suck."

Here I am sitting with AA the flop is AH/2S/10C. Thinking I am going to show this guy I shove all in. He flips then to show a 5H/9H. He follows me saying you can't win your going to lose everything even after he sees my AA. The turn comes and its 3H I am still golden with my set. Then the river comes with an 8H. I was very mad. The other players where even telling this guy he was an idiot for calling me even tho he won the hand I beat him later winning my money plus more back.

Headaches, bad beats, limping or calling then having to fold to a raise, getting interrupted, jackhammers or other loud machinery working outside, mosquitos, trying to multitask ...
