lol, same here! I lighten up a cigarette, absent-mindedly smoke it while being busy with something, and after 5 minutes I've forgotten all about it and crave yet another one. This wasn't always the case, but it seems that the older I get, the more nicotine I require to stay sharp and focused.

I don't smoke but I do vape. You really should switch to vaping for your health.

Personally, have pretty much quit cigarettes completely and am aiming for a smoke-free life asap but would be lying to say there isn't an occasional poker supplement of that persuasion... 🌬️😇

Ha ha, they don't "crash" like a computer program would. :laugh: A vaporizer can last you for years and years to come, even the cheapest models, the only thing you need to be mindful of is replacing the atomizer once in a while. As you said yourself, it is not healthy, the best advice is to stop smoking.

in the casino we play only one table, if it's allowed to smoke I think it doesn't matter because we can keep our concentration and see what is happening at the table. On the other hand, if you play online at several tables I don't think it's a good idea !
