My only issue with playing cards in Vegas is dealing with the second hand smoke, I get it. Casino's can't make money without allowing addicted people to smoke and play
slots. Or, there are those that need a fix in between playing cards in the lobby/side areas, which, I can understand somewhat as I was a major cigarette addict myself.
I honestly do not feel comfortable playing poker for money in Texas. Call it past history with Texas laws (corruption in Williamson County growing up), I will keep it as simple as that. I just do not want to partake in
gambling of any kind in Texas, and could never see myself doing so. I am old now, and times have changed, I just def can't play in Wilco (where there is actually no smoking, which is what I want!) lol
So...when will Nevada wise up and make smoke rooms or have rooms that are far from smoke for poker? Perhaps enclosed smoke areas with slot machines and let the rest of the patrons not be around smoking?
Quite frustrating to want to play a card game, but have issues doing something so simple without side issues.
