Physical exercises improve blood circulation and stimulate brain activity. Therefore, make your daily routine mandatory sports, at least a week before an important tournament. This is extremely useful.

I always feel better after working out. Helps clear my mind for poker as well. Always good to be active and stay in shape!

Agreed, when Im having a sedentary lifestyle I tend to get on tilt pretty easily and it affects my game in a bad way.

I have noticed my poker play has become really bad lately because I havent been going to the gym as much, I havent been performing as well at work and I have felt really tired, so I have started going back to the gym and I feel alot better. The proof is in the pudding lol

I have increased my exercise to 10k 4 times a week! What a difference it has made to my game

I only play online poker as we have in the country banned live poker but I really want to play live poker, I think that the more and longer you play the more skills you get

I don't like exercise much but unfortunately to my dismay there are benefits. So i try go for walk/jog 2-3 times a week.

physical exercise has positive effect on your mood, positive thinking, happines or motivation. So if you have some mental issues while playing poker, like lack of motivation, or low self esteem, yea I bet it can be helpful And even if it wouldnt be, its still great for your body, so definitively stay active
