I used to get totally berserk when my opponents hit their one or two outs, but since then I kind of realized that if I put them in such a situation I did well. I got it in good and that is the best I can do. The rest is outside of my hands.
So when I misplay, or just apply a wrong strategy at the table in general that makes me not so much perhaps mad as disappointed in my self,....questioning the meaning of life and all hahaha

Hi friend.
What really annoys me are those rookies who hit All In Pre Flop with miserable cards like Q4 Off, these types of players are the ones that make Freerolls hell for some, I have rarely been able to hunt down that type of player, but when I did, I did, I became among those who charge.

I think zooming out and not worry about getting angry is more useful than getting mad. Bad beats are part of the game and i've had my fair shair of soulcrushing ones. I've reached a point where I give myself 2 seconds to release stress and just move on.
If you make bad plays and get owned you should be happy because you have the ability to detect it and learn from it. Find out what you did wrong and why. But poker is a hard game so I don't blame anyone for getting annoyed.

I never get angry playing Poker, you have to accept that bad beats and suck-outs happen, it is all part of the game, and you cannot win every game, no matter how hard you try.
Losing is just another part of the game that you have to accept, along with winning, letting your emotions get the better of you while you play just lead to you going on tilt and losing even more.
If you can accept that nothing in Poker is guaranteed, then you can overcome your defeat's and be thankful of the smaller victories, letting anger get in the way and you are headed for bigger losses and even more anger.
When the fun Stops, STOP!

Losing against bad beats doesn't matter to me but if I played badly or could see that I lose then have a very short omg why I was so stupid moment. And then it goes on again. Getting excited or angry about a game doesn't make sense. who can not lose should not play because it is part of it
