If this game wasn't with real money, do you play?

I don't think I would, I mean, have you ever played with play money, it's literally all in, every single hand.
People just don't care enough for it to be playable .
But when I'm playing with friends home, than yes, just for the fan of it, and no one is going to ruin the game ..

Yes, but not as much. I'd still love the challenge of building up a play money bankroll and I'd still love poker for being a game of strategy, but I'd probably spend a fair bit of time playing chess instead of poker.

No I don't think I would play if it didn't involve money but on the other hand maybe I would play for something worth while (concert tickets, big screen tv etc etc)

I gave up on the idea of making money at this game ages ago and now just play for fun....if it wasn't for cardschat league/events I would prob just give the game up...lost interest in the freerolls too and only play them every so often...

So I think that you still need a reason to play poker, and mostly everyone plays for making money......poker players are mostly deluded

Yea I would play some but not a lot. I think playing with people with no skin in the game improves my game, if I beat them when they will chase anything teaches me patience. I love the game and do what I can to get better.

Would play rather not play for the money , play for fun too. Of course with the money the game is played more and more interesting , but would play the same way.

You will be surprise, some of us(10 years ago) used to play with play money just to learn and practice.
Nowadays looking at the way some people play the Freerolls, I will say we play better poker than those crazy bingo players we often find on Freerolls.

100% no. The time investment/reward for at least 99% of players in poker is not worth it, counter that with only 5-10% of players actually being long-term winners, and without money, it just furthers the reason to not play poker.

I used to play on fb.But not now.It's more exciting to play for real money
