I specifically did not study anywhere, poker school tests :) still ahead, and look professional tournaments interesting and informative, but in poker is very much depends on the here and now, and prosmotrennnye or subtracted tactics may not work on conventional players :(

I learned everything by himself. I believe that it is necessary to develop a strategy for the game itself. Learn the basics only. The rest will come with experience.

1st started playing in deer camp & fell in LOVE with the game. When I 1st started in the casino I actually had a hand-ranking list in front of me(being the newbie fish I was). Then a couple of people at the tables tell me some of the intricacies of 7-card stud & I instantly became better. I never asked for the help, but they saw I was a decent guy who was getting his head bashed in time & time again, because of how poorly I played.

Then once NL became prevalent & unfortunately 7-card stud died I actually developed a friend on & off the table that kept on instilling into my thought process what can U beat/what does his bet mean & I instantly stopped be a calling machine(even though at the time I thought I wasn't) & was able to figure out if his big bets meant he had the joint or if he meant the only way he could possibly win is to bet big & bluff me out of the pot.

At first I played BJ, then somewhere saw the offer for free account and get $ 50. This $ 50 course I successfully lost, as did not understand how to play, but for the sly began to get involved and for many years I've been :)

I'm learning everyday, I began with pokerstars ago 4 months, then I learned something in Intellipoker, from there I went to YouTube and watched how Daniel Negreanu played his hands, then I watched more poker players, their strategy and their behavior. And now I defend myself a little more in the tables because before I played all the hands, and now I know that is better to play few hands in the tables

I learned reading materials for beginners and intermediate level in sites (poker schools), and watch a lot of videos with explanations of hands and tournaments videos commented by players.

I played most of my poker before holdem became popular. The game I started on was three card guts. This was back in the early sixties. We also played in-between and then eventually played mostly 5 card draw and 7 card stud. I started playing holdem with our poker group in the nineties, but we played fixed limit. We also played fixed limit omaha 8b I started playing online in 2006 at Absolute Poker, party poker and poker stars, the same year they started closing it down.

When I saw a friend playing, and he there so focused on the game, I was talking to myself, that game will be the one? I went up to him and he told me, this is poker ... went home with that in mind. I started researching on the Internet how to play ... and started with the tutorail pokerstar on youtube, I bought a book (poker theory) and so I started to learn poker and learning continuation today, with much study

well in college days some of friends taught the basic of poker i.e what is ranking, whole cards, flop, turn river....thats when i got addicted and joined pokerstars and then pokerschoolonline.... most of the mathematical part behind poker i learnt it from PSO... if you are a beginner and dont like to read, watch "everything poker" on youtube, there are around 12 parts with good graphics and examples..Just search everything poker and you will see a playlist
