I practically do not show my cards, since I do not see any tactical or strategic deception for the opponent, as for me, I only give information that can lose against me.

if someone else has pleasantly shown hands

i will return the favor a time or two , but only if i dont give away significant information .as a general rule , almost never though !

I never show my cards. Why give the others a chance to understand how you play they game. The less they know about you the better.

I don't usually show the cards, if I'm suddenly bluffing? Or if I really have a letter?
I think showing how letters end up leaving you vulnerable and others end up reading you because of that.

Well, I don't like doing that.

Generally I don't show as I usually have automuck turned on, but I will occasionally show a good hand if I feel that I've played too aggressively and my credibility is dwindling.

Maybe a strategic placed bet on a bluff . Then hopefully when I get the nuts next Ild do that same bet hoping someone remembers it was a bluff last time and calls into the nuts

Hi There

Why? Just tell me why to show yr cards?
To open yr strategy? To open yr bluff?
I really do not agree with that.
I do not realize when that would benefit my game

99.9% of the time no. Really I can not remember when I have shown my cards but I am sure I must have done it once. I see no point in showing cards.

depends on the opponent. sometimes I show to intimidate, to be able to have an advantage in case of a possible bleff

No unless they’re a friend and I don’t care about conveying table information

I talked to a well-known pro player about whether to show or not. [Live games]

She said that at my level [about Meh? +] I should never show but I should always answer falsely if asked... and admit I'm not telling the truth.

So if you ask I'll tell you I had:
Top/top
Middle set on flop
or
Suited King if there is a 3-flush on board.

She did tell me one great time to show.
It was addressed to a specific player [mucho on tv also] or somebody like him, in a specific situation.
It was designed to take advantage of a specific situation that was known to infuriate him. A total tilt-producer. [They are still friends.]
I haven't used it yet.

I never show online.

Hi everyone.

Do you usually show the cards before returning them to the deck? I have read that sometimes it can be a good strategy to put rivals on tilt ...

Leave your comment here with the reasons why you do it (or not).

I do not usually do it because for me it is free information for others ....

Also, regarding the first sentence, it seems disrespectful to others, but hey, don't forget that you are reading a rookie's opinion.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Best regards from Buenos Aires.

I don't show cards because it's supposed to bring misfortune, but when I have to, it's cool, but sometimes I'd be interested in what makes me great for cards

I never do this. What for?!! To prove something to someone. This is nonsense in my opinion. Intrigue. Let those who are so interested in it themselves develop logical thinking and assume))
