at the moment it is just a hobby , but I dreamed that in the future it would become a job , it would be like a dream for me to be able to support myself only from poker
Hobby of course untill i hit it big. Im sure every1 wants to be pro. And to jus play a fun job and grind on the tables would be awesome. Practice makes perfect. Good luck.
I play poker as a hobby. My intention is to be a good player to win money enough to buy small things, like a night out, a little travel on a weekend or something like that. Never wanted to live of poker.
For poker to be a job, you have to be Tommy Corman. For poker to remain a hobby , you have to be Jack Singer. And Betty Moland has to be between those extremes. (heroes of the movie " Honeymoon in Las Vegas")
I see poker as a mental sport that helps to improve my brain and streamline my decision-making, I hope to reach a profitable level but with a lot of patience going up step by step
Poker is more than a hobby to me. It is a passion. However I am very lucky to have a job that I love that pays very well. So even if I were good enough to make poker my job, I'm not sure I could afford the pay cut.
I think for me this is a work for the future, now I am recovering my knowledge is lost relatively I need to make up for the time and it will be like a work that is necessary, but for now it looks like a hobby in my case I believe in the result, I try to make money of course.
For me it's just a hobby. Something to spend the time and have fun. Yes, I may hit some bad-beats but since I'm not taking it too seriously, it shouldn't bother me as much. Luckily, just playing micro-stakes.
Hello. Poker to me is a very challenging game. I take my play very serious. I do not play to get rich. I play because I enjoy it. I do not see it as a job. so I must say between the two, it is a hobby.
