Obviously a good live tournament player. Did great things for popularization of poker. His table behavior is lacking though. I do not mind emotions and occasional outbursts, but his are just 'baby rages reeee'.

I always loved him. I always feel for him. He is so passionate.
For those of us who tilt with emotional explosions while playing online Micro stakes and free rolls.
Can you imagine playing final tables with hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake, and in front of a camera.
My heart goes out to him.

Yes, I really like his style, but I think he's often impulsive in his decisions, I prefer some Brazilian professionals with a better and more aggressive style and gameplay.

Like others said I don't like his personal antics and shitty attitude. But outside of that he is one of the greatest poker players to ever play the game and his resume speaks for himself rather you like him or not. He is a hall of famer and one of the goats of the game.

Hello poker fans,

I find Phil Hellmuth very entertaining. A pity some of his poker tantrums rub off on me at times!

Poker has all sorts of characters and he is definitely way up there... somewhere

Just for the laughs...I am not sure how much I admire his skill though.
