well said, however I think there're still way more flops we would ignore seeing with 33. Unless you put yourself into tough situation by making hero calls. Heartbreak moment when you keep calling your 33s in a low numbers board and get counterfeited by river. Fold and cry is only option.

AK for me, more possibilities on the flop but 33 beats an AK now and then doesn't it.

Be Well.

I choose AK. With small pairs, it’s hard for me somehow on the postflop

I always prefer AK to low pairs. But with strong cards you have to play mostly postflop. I rarely go all-in preflop with low cards, with AK the possibility of me going all-in is high.

In preflop all-in games, 33 is a little better than ak in heads up, but AK is superior against several opponents.
True but I would not go all in with 33. There Are just too many cards that can beat you if you don't hit your pair.

Wait to see how many people went into the distribution if 3-7 then 33 is garbage! And AK in cartoon sweat are very good!

A pocket pair is better then any none paired hand.now if you have say AA s or KKs AK is a far bigger dog so that’s why small pairs are so risky but it’s hard to make a pair.

All-in against one opponent, 33 looks better. But in a multipot, AK is certainly stronger

with 33, I also had a big win, I got a set on the flop, the opponent had AA, and the three of us entered the hand with 37 bb, a good memory

33 gets dominated by any higher pocket pair. AK gets dominated a lot less.

For sure AK is better than 33, because 33 if you don't trip or get very lucky from a low straight you'll be losing to a huge board of cards from 4 up.

33 is a pair, pairs are more stronger.

I prefer AK
as it represents more strength pre-flop and post-flop

it all depends on how many players will fight if you are two left then the chance is almost the same but the draw hand of threes will have more chances against the king and ace one on one if there is another one of the opponents then your pair of threes loses to the hand of the king and ace think about this friend you just got lucky
