Going to start playing 2NL-5NL (maybe 10NL if I go on heater that makes me think I'm good at it) PLO whilst I give HU a break. I'm pretty sure FR PLO is a lot harder than 6-max. If not harder it's a lot less fun.

Any regs ITT going to be playing any SCOOP events?

Yeah but you only get dealt a pp once every 17 hands. So you should flop quads every 6900 hands or so, assuming you see a flop with every pp (which you won't).

I dont play much due to lack of time, but I just had a really bad session where I lost 3 buy-ins in 500 hands. Never lost 3 buy-ins in a session before, so its kinda gutting me. twice we were all-in for stacks (150bb), AA<44 and KK<TT. is this just standard, and can I expect worse, as its tilting me at the mo.

Very standard to lose 3BI due to suck-outs/coolers/bad-beats imo. Sounds like you got it in good so don't worry about it. Stop playing for the day if you're tilting though!
