Can someone look at my stats and tell me areas that I can improve? call vs 3bet seems way too high and im working on that, also I think I call cbets too often. Are there any other problems like not cbetting enough? Not folding enough to steals?

I would tighten up your VPIP and PFR gap to make them closer (call less raise more). Your 3bet is pretty low and you can 3bet either wider for value or just as a bluff vs people who fold a lot. WTSD seems pretty high so maybe you are calling way too many rivers and making bad bluffs. Your Agg is low so when you raise its like always value right? Cbet is low

What sort of number should we be aiming for with c-bet? 60%? Higher?
I'll keep this info in mind, really want to improve my cash game. Have focused a lot on SNGs in the past and i'm still trying to adjust to the different format.

Nah don't do anything worse just stop for the day or for awhile after a 3buyin loss and review plays , calm down , break something, yell so neighbors can hear you ( Why the F*** do I play this game), then maybe take another shot.

In all honesty - and I imagine like most cash grinders in this thread - I've now played enough sessions/hands to have experienced lots of the delicious types of pain poker can dish out. Being 3 BIs down in one session is obv no biggy.

Played some Omaha and hit quads, had no idea whether I was actually playing them or not since I was only using one card from my hand though.
If I have AQ85 (don't really know how I arrived at flop with this in my hand lol, I had NLHE thinking and saw AQ in my hand) in my hands and board is AA5A2 am I playing A5 for the fullhouse or do I have quads (Since I'm only playing one A from my hand)? I'm sure I get screwed over in PLO in spots like this. I wasn't sure if I was value betting my hand or trying to bet someone off a hand like JJxx since that would beat my A5 fullhouse.

Hmmm, that would make sense (certainly a lot more sense than A5) . I never got to SD so PS didn't tell me what hand I had. It's really hard to see these things in game lol.
