Why not just call pre and 3bet worse aces like AJ/AT? If your note is just that he has caught you bluffing before then its probably spew to assume he will remember and assume that he is going to fold here a ton (he probably isn't, his range is obviously tight and he can quite happily 4bet fold a good chunk of it without you making a penny off him) nice stack brag though

That note is all I had. Well that and he had a very high 4bet% and a high F3B% (safe to say I've 3bet the shit out of him). If he's worth his salt the second he saw me 3bet fold from this position he'd have made a note on it. I know he's made that note so the likelihood of him 4bet bluffing is high, add in my blocker the speed of his bet discounting KK (KK is unlikely to get called by worse without history of him 4betting light here) and we're looking at him repping 3combos of AA.
Didn't want to call because this guys pretty aggro post flop, I would not have been comfortable floating Ace high, in fact I wouldn't have felt great calling down a a paired queen. Out of position or not he can make my life a living hell postflop here when I have no idea what his 4bet bluffing range looks like whilst my range is very much face up. Add to this that there is no way he 6bet bluffs without history here.

Oh wait, just realized your suggesting calling the raise and not the 3bet. AQo isn't strong enough to call here imo. Heck I wouldn't call AQs unless there's a fish in the blinds.
But ye there is no way he is ever 4betting AK/QQ for value and I think even KK may flat (him 4betting quite quickly makes me think it's almost never here). So as tight as his range may be his value range is absurdly small 3combos of AA as opposed to the usual 34 combos of {AK,QQ+}.
