What is your biggest difficulty in poker?

Biggest difficult is steering clear of cash games for me. I’m better at tournament play and I remember Antonio Esfandiari saying during a wsop commentary once that cash game players have an easier time switching over to MTTs but if you started off mastering tournament play, its much harder to switch to cash game.
Don’t remember the reasoning behind it but I really need to avoid cash games.

It is hard to stay 100% focused in long tournaments. The best think you can do is look for tournaments that fix you. Smaller player pools or maybe turbos would be a better fix. I did have that problem as well and found listening to meditation music helps. Once I started to listen to that i was able to concentrate longer and get distracted mush less. Hope this helps.

My biggest difficulty is folding the current hand after attempting a bluff because I don't want to give in.

As well recognizing if I am being bluffed or not is another difficulty.

I have two difficulties one is to concentrate and the other is to keep the emotional controlled after a bad beats sequences so I try day by day to improve these weak points and say that I'm getting better.
I'm negative on Poker on line and was not in live, rather it was because he played loose at the beginning and did not respect the online and randomly played and some is by the aforementioned defects.
So the goal and struggle is to improve every day
