That successful bluff got you tilted, huh?

Though, you got to give them credit for turning a hand with no showdown value into a bluff. Maybe it was a good read, maybe they just like to be a reckless sometimes. Maybe a bit of both.

With that said, some of the stuff you said are way out of line and you have to understand that no one has to play like you or how you want them to/think they should. Nor is every player at your skill level or as knowledgeable. And not every player plays with the same intent or reasons you do.

So, to complain about a player that did something that you wouldn't do is just stupid and pointless.

LOL
This wasn't about a specific hand or a specific spot. It was a fictitious story I made up about a friend of mine... knowing he'll find the humour in it.
But I guess you figured it was me complaining about a 'hand' or something. 'good read'

Not making hero calls (or bluff river rrai) vs. fish like naruto_miu (Abdi) aka PeterPan on Party when you KNOW they're f.o.s. bluffing... most likely turning a pp hand that has showdown value into a bluff... or some A-rag b.s. called OOP in a terrible spot due to situation, effective stack sizes, table dynamics, etc. etc. but you don't pull the trigger.
I mean you KNOW what they're doing just doesn't f'n make sense (you're going through it in your mind thinking... 'WTF? pfff.. no f'n way. I KNOW it!... but??") and the CAPTAIN shows you his b.s. AND you were right... he did actually make a ridiculously bad preflop call OOP in SB when you 3-bet some splashy lagtard who's open-raising every single time in HiJack & Cutoff (even though there's two re-shove stacks to their left & the fool is raise/folding repeatedly while getting better than 2to1 but is only smart enough to know "I should be raising to steal in late position cuz it says so where I reads it somewherezsss" but they didn't read the part about looking at the full situation, including stack sizes on players to their left still to act & calculating whether or not they'll be calling off to their shoves.
Yah.. so anyways, You see that sure enough, Mr. Reckless Fktard has flatted a 3bet A-rag b.s. hand OOP & you KNOW he's thinking ahead about as far ahead as his next breath (or his next 'button click'... because he has this uncontrollable thing with his finger... it just snap-clicks the buttons (only raise or call.. never fold .. obv.) and then the actual thought comes in after... while he exhales. "Oh.. yah. Hmm.. now what? Gosh... I didn't THINK about that part!"
And.. you fold to the fk'r. And then he says "You were right!" And he shows you 4th pair with his garbage A7o

Yah.... that ^ is about it I guess.

Grow a set you pussy, make that hero call if you have a read like that, I did today in the BCP game. I was alittle late to the game and this was the first hand I played :D

I don't think PO realises that you are you now. The avatar should have given him a clue.

I'd say C.
It happened to me many times already, busting out just a few players before the ITM after playing long hours.

When your hand top pair or a set converted into a garbage due to the fact that the enemy is flush with four suited cards on the table

When a player makes a bad play and get rewarded, that actually doesn't upset me that much, because it happens so often.

I get upset when I make a bad play that I made before, gotta keep on learning and improving from my own mistakes.

How about this? You've been waiting for a tournament to start for hours. And then just before you play your first hand, your landlord suddenly came gossiping about other tenant. When it's done and you rejoin your table you got only 1 bb and you're in UTG2 just before BB.

This is what just happened to me about half hour ago.

you wait for over an hour for a playable hand, only to have it cracked by a bad player with a chip stack and bogus cards.

Players that are disrespectful, rude, use poor and foul language, misogynistic, bigoted,. Players that are inappropriately boisterous for the circumstance. Players that are personally derogatory to other players. Players that complain about not getting their cards all the time. Players that complain about not winning a hand. Players that complain about how the dealer is against them. In general, whiners.

On the other hand, these character flaws often can be exploited in the game itself.

Which of the followings upset you the most when playing a tournament?:-

a.Getting knocked out first hand AA vs KK.

b.Finished on 9th place instead of the coveted 1st place.

c.Unfortunate enough to become the 'Bubble Boy' after hours of playing.

d.Being dealt crappy hole card until the very last hand ie 27,49,38 etc.

What is your answer?:D

Say, that upset you just the most one option, is not true, as they are all upsetting me. And indicates that I'm still weak.

C. All the way! If I've spent hours playing my heart out hoping to walk away with some cash I'd be ticked off being on the cusp of a cash payoff. Not only is it annoying to be the bubble boy but the walk of shame the title comes with is equally as annoying as getting no money. Knowing that everyone is looking at you with pity thinking "that poor bubble boy" that stinks. Ha!:D

I've been a b and c, but d is the worst

d has been happening for about 6 months now.
I've tried playing more aggressively.
I've tried playing more passively.
I know the math.
I've won tournaments (I keep detailed records including screenshots of wins).
I've determined I just need to wait it out.
It has to end eventually.
I can't keep getting d hands forever.
On every site.
Can I?
