i play in 2/5 cent zoom tourn
or if theirs a 1cent tourn comming up or runing i join in just to pass the time and try and win a ticket to another tourn before my real tourn starts up.

when I have the time. I watch a strategic video to prepare me. I go out smoking and drink a lot of water to stimulate my brain. I set myself a goal and the strategy I must adopt to achieve it.

Frankly I play cash games and fast option. Playing many hands for a short time I think it is a good option.

Podcasts, reading the news/a book, playing micro cash games, or doing some short, low energy tasks from my various checklists. I set time aside for poker, so I neither work while I play (or wait to play) nor play while I work.

It depends on how much time I have before the game starts. I might play w/the dog, make a drink, go play a sng or some PLO/8. I might even come see what's going on in the CC community.
