depends on the level of the game. when i'm already close to the bubble i try to meditate (mentalize) so as not to make mistakes in the levels that follow. as I have little time to study, I try to focus on what I’ve already learned.

A surprising large amount from nipping to the loo and getting a coffee to feeding my cat! Sometimes I nip to the shop or try and do some exercises. If I lost a big hand just before often I'll just sit fuming
Sometimes I run around the house for a while to get rid of my energy. Of course I also do the essentials like going to the toilet and grabbing a drink.
I'm having a tea and smoke time. Meanwhile analyzing lobby thinking about my next game plan for the rest based on my stack - current place, blinds or remained players.
In 5 minutes during the break, I will bet on sports, have a cup of coffee and look at the next tournaments in the lobby to register for the next tournament.
it's always different, sometimes I wash my face in cold water to cool my fervor, sometimes I stretch my body with quick workouts ,and sometimes I just wander around the kitchen in search of a snack )
