It's amazing what can be done in 5 minutes. I have gotten very good at time management for this. LOL. When I see the clock at ten mins to the hour, I start deciding in my head what needs to be done. Then see if I am in or out of the last hand and will pre fold if necessary so I can get an extra minute or two.

So usually consists of a bathroom break, feeding the cat, making something quick to eat and checking email/fb and checking to see what tourneys are coming up next.

Yeah I do that too. I share a place with many people. So sometimes it gets hard to smoke. Then you canned out of a tourny quick sometimes you usually go on a boag until next tourny. The trick is don't inhale down throat.

I always try to get up from the table during the break. I’m doing some small household chores, I can make tea or coffee, bring an apple from the kitchen.

when I smoked I did the same thing hahaha. Now I take the opportunity to go to the bathroom, stretch my legs, eat something, touch my cell phone and etc. In order not to be just 100% in the game, I take the 5 minutes to distract a little from the game.

I do stretching, will fill bottle of water to drink !

I will smoke a cigarette quickly then I will go to the bathroom.

On the phone, on the TV, I drink something, I eat and other necessities ...

Drink some water, eat some fruits, toilet, sometimes stretching if I seat long time... etc

I'm doing some stretching, bathroom and sandwiches. No need cigarettes because I'm vaping during the game

playing a spin and go if have time

Go and get something to drink, maybe eat something, go to the bathroom if necessary. Occasionally, play a Spin n Go. Lol

Basically, a five-minute break for me is the time to smoke. But sometimes, if I play for a long time, I make tea and some sandwiches. Unfortunately, during this time it is impossible to do anything more)))

During a 5-minute break, I just relax and watch TV.

Primarily go to the toilet. Unless the bladder is emptied, it is difficult to stay focused. Everything else is less important ...

Lol , yes and if I have time make sandwich to eat during a game ,but to be honest I am not have nerves and time to do that and waste my time,not playing anymore like I use to do .

at least have time to go to the toilet.lol

5 minute break is perfect to take very very short nap

I'm going to the kitchen for a snack

I ussually take a pee brake, refill my water bottle, stretch, check for some new tables to play on.. sometimes take some snacks!

Honestly, I also have this bad habit. I have been smoking for over 25 years and no doubt it has a bad effect on my game and my health in general.

I shave, take a shower, use the elevator/underground parking lot.. anything you can't do multitasking during the regular 55 minutes

I love my 5 minutes breaks while grinding and I usually get some snacks, maybe a coffee or run to the bathroom... it's surprising how many things you can make during this short breaks lol

I refill my drink, or a coffee. I also have a quick smoke. In the evening I grab a couple of beers and sit it beside myself this way I have enough for the 55 mins of tournament before the next break.

I used to smoke too in the break! I did quit for a while now, so I mostly go to the toilet and move around!

I don't miss the cigarette

I usually manage to cook something to eat (noodles or some kind of porridge that cooks quickly). While cooked, i add different kinds of dried fruits and seeds. I pour very little water and it is completely absorbed in these few minutes of cooking. Then i add tomato paste.
And i start eating already during the game ))

Normally stretch and walk through the house getting small tasks done. Always try to get up and move around.

5min break is too long for me excluding bubble.3min are enough.

I go outside my apartment, get some air , some sunshine, think about bad plays and try to improve them in the next 55 minutes, go to the bathroom if possible, re-heat food haha

I do not do something special! Usually it is a toilet and tea leaves of tea!

My five minutes I use it mainly for a quick cigarette and a little digging in the phone. At other times, depending on how the game goes, blinds, my stack I pay attention to the child. Sometimes I look at important hands and make conclusions and notes.
