There is fun ukrainian saying:
You don't like cats? You just don't know how cook them properly!:)

Games are rough for sure but if you have right attitude and prepare yourself for swings this games are pretty good!

Hi mate! Thanks for reply me. I really appreciate your positive energy but definitely 100% I will not play sping&go I prefer play any normal game ,sit&go or tournament.
Thanks and big regards!

I think you're going to hit the big one one of these days on these Spin N Go's Hugh. This is one of my favourite formats though I usually only play the $2.75 games for the satellites... I just don't have the bankroll for the larger games yet.

As an aside, we just got back from Vegas where we spent the New Year. Always a great time...especially when your whole stay is pretty much comp'ed...you should play a little bit of blackjack just to sharpen up those skills because they do come in handy.

cheers!

I love these spin and go .. Really fast but just dont play to many at the same time never works for me that way.. Just play a few at same time and dont play really tight just try to trap when u have premiums and try not to bluff to many loose players there..

Games are rough no doubt about that, but in a long run just your attitude and skill are factors that matters.

Plus EV strategy is definitely to play quite loose, and actually waiting for big hands is the best way to lose:)

The spins are definitely more edgy!Since on a really good spin its higher $ to win so the game heats up.With low $ spins your just getting x2 your buying so your playing to get the next spin.
If you approach every game with a different strategy may help win%.

For me, poker is primarily a game for which I can otdonut, have fun. It's great that I can earn some extra money, but I don't play so well that I would earn so much that my hobby would become my main source of income. For the first time this Christmas and New Year, I bought gifts for the money I earned from poker, I bought new toys, decorated the house.
But I do not chase easy earnings. Playing spin and go for a $ 2 won in a deal I once won about $ 600 in a few hours, but in the end I lost in a few minutes. I think that I was rather greedy and with each victory I wanted even more. Then I decided that I would play spin and go only sattelites, for example, Sondai million and other similar tournaments.

Not everyone will enjoy playing spingo. Randomly generating a prize pool increases variance. I don’t have push fold skills, so I don’t want to play it.

Bu when it's boring, I play $ 1-2 tournaments once and that's it. Lottery

Well said agree here:cool:
I have posted a lot of wining sessions here think it is only fair to post losing ones too.:)
This 60 dollar spin completed a 6 hour 100 dollar spin and go session with swings that I can only call insane lost count of amount of games.
Was a war of attrition ending in a 600 dollar loss:eek:
You think your kk going to stand up preflop all in no chance.
Fired up a 1 dollar spin with the determination I will be back today.:boxing::boxing:

Spin and Go

What do you think about such games? If you are playing, which multiplier caught the maximum?

The swings are huge there is around 2% so called hidden rake. This is because 2% of your roii is made from 3 biggest multipliers which may not come for a lifetime and last you are pretty shortstack vs 2 opponents which cuts off skill big time. I wasted a lot of time on spins but then switch to heads turbo which is 1500 starting chips compared to 500 on spins only 1 opponent and of course visible rake so I pretty much crushed the game compared to all wasted time and money on spins. Now I amrolling over micros heads up and crashing almost anyone I meet at this level

Hi.
I do not like these games. They are more like a casino. Once, I lost about $ 40, and more I do not play in such games. I prefer a classic NL Hold'em.
Good luck.

Spin and go's are very hard to sustain profit.

These games are more for quick entertainment poker.

Would not advise you to develop in the direction Spin and Go , because it is an unstable kind of poker...

I laughed when I figured out at 20,000 games an 8% ROI is considered phenomenal.

Played some spins last night after not playing any poker for a few weeks. Quickly reminded how brutal they are, really need to hold your nerve. Playing at $1 (after a few .25c to get myself readjusted), 40 spins over the evening. Lost a few $4 and two $6. Had a horrific run where I think won 2 out of 10 with some pretty amazing suck outs (beaten for $6 by a guy who called my all in with 47o and got a 4 and 7 on the flop lol). Just when things were looking dire and I was running bad and dipping into the red I hit a $10 and won it, taking me to $7.75 profit for the day on a 40% win rate.

I believe 40% is decently profitable over time on these games if you can build volume, but the margins are so fine and the swings are crazy (37% is break even for $1 spins I think, 36% for some of the higher spins). Hoping this time I can hang in and ride the swings, and move up. All about the mental game once you have your basic strategy for these games figured out, I've always crashed and burned in the past, fingers crossed for better this time.

Day 2 of my return to attempting to play spins casually and turn a profit, and I'm now at 50 spins, $21.75 in profit, 46% win rate. Pretty pleased with that. Only playing 1 table to really focus on making the right decisions. Set myself a goal and achieved it in 10 spins this evening, so that'll do for today, don't want to push my luck! Had a good run, spun up 7 x $2, 1 x $4 & 2 x $6... won all the big ones which really helps.

Special thanks to the player who shoved 575 chips at me pre flop with 62o trying to bluff me after I limped SB, with $6 on the line. Noticed him being overly aggressive whenever I limped in heads up and was happy to call that off with A9o :)

So, I want to start a thread on the sit&go variant that Pokerstars offers: The Spin & Go.

General details of this game type:
- You start of with 500 chips (25 Big Blinds)
- Speed is hyper turbo (blinds increase every 3 mins)
- 3 handed play
- price draw sets the price pool ranging from 2-1000 times the buy-in at the start.

I play break-even after playing about 200 of them. Also, I find these games more tilting than regular sit&go's. (although I'm able to play regular sit&go's profitably)
The break even part might come from the price structure, you get a price pool of 2 times your buy-in about 90% of the time.
The tilting part might come from the hyper structure and the fast play, where suckouts and bad beats are followed up quicker compared to regular sit&go's or tournaments.
(also the tilting influences the profitability ass well off course)

Please share your thoughts on spin& go's! :icon_boun
i like spin and go's for the fact that there is only three players..............that said ...there are better games to play if making money is your long term strategy....................

Good luck with the spins!
I also play them, but the $ 3 stake.
I play around 100 games a day.
And I'm anxious to get back to the $ 7 stake.

There is a lot of recreational players in this game mode. I was able to profit around 180 USD one night playing the 3 dollar stakes on ignition. I noticed when I go to the 7 dollar stakes the players get very aggressive which is what I assume separates the bad from the good players.
