So, day 2. Woke up this morning a little late today which threw my schedule off a bit.
One of my non poker related goals is to shed about 25 pounds or just under 2 stone. I'm currently around 200 pounds and want to get down to 175 over the next 3 months. So, every day, I'm planning to be up about 9/10am and get down to the gym before I start my grind. I got there a bit late today and only ended up doing 4k. My plan atm is to do 2 days of cardio, then leg/back day and then upper body then a break day although I don't know how effective that will be! Also getting food cooked before I start so I can eat good and not end up living on takeaways and microwave meals.
So yeah, grinding now, will keep you all updated
