In general they are good cards to play but the decisions you make with them will depend a lot on the position you occupy, the game presented by others such as pre-flop calls or raise and also if that AJ or A10 is or not (suited)

If someone has opened I realize I'm calling light with those hands and play accordingly.

I just won a satellite ticket into a 10k playing A/T o near the final table.
EP opens 4x, folds around to me I decide to call in SB. BB comes along as well.
Flop comes K,Q,9 rainbow. check, check, Villain bets 3/4 pot, I call, BB calls.
Turn is a J.
check, BB jams?? Villain also jams for my entire stack - I make the very easy call.
Villain turns over pocket Aces - BB turns over K/Q s.
And the river is a 3 - phew!
I take all of BBs chips and 9/10ths of Villains chips.

those hands are not good to play them from initial position in the initial stages, you win small pots but you lose big pots, you only play them in stages when it's worth stealing blinds.

It all depends on the situation. AT and AJ can be the easiest fold in the world or could be a monster hand. If UTG raises and there is a call and 3 bet your AT is starting to look really week now you notice the BB is grabbing chips, your hand has fallen into the junk stage. 2nd scenario is it is now folded to you in the SB and you happen to be a short stack late in a tournament it is now a monster hand you can play for all you chips happy.

The 10, AJ hands, but any hand can be winning. But I'm always careful with these hands!

Really depends on what position you are and how many chips you have. I personally do not like and prefer low pairs with them you can be sure that you have lost something on the flop.

I prefer not to play this hands cause I'm almost never good with them , ofc that only applies in early/middle stage of tourney , or if I have over 20BB !

When I'm shortstack those are great and power hands to push ;) (cca +/-10BB) , if I have more I open , rarely 3-bet .

A good card is a winning one. And what combination of a winning card is just statistics. And everyone has their own statistics.

I do love playing such cards, but trying not to do that in last stage.
In general, all hands might be good if there are played good.

I'm just wondering what people think about these hands preflop? I try to play these type of hands in late position to no avail. I'm just wondering if I should remove these hands from my arsenal?
It depends on the Position.
I think most People overrate those 2 Hands + KQ. In early Position they are weak. I don't mind folding ATo/AJo UTG or to an UTG raise when I'm 1-2 seats behind.

but Opening from MP/LP they are really good

don't remove them from your Hand ranges, just Play them depending on your Position

If I am in utg I do not play AJ or A10, unless they are suited, if I am in late positions, I can play those hands doing 3bet or 4bet.
I completely agree:call2:

that depending on the position you are ... normally in my opinion I never open a hand of this style unless it is on the button

I'll raise with them in a good position, and call with them from anywhere to test the waters. A big raise might scare me off though. Now if they're soooooooooooted, who knows ;)

No A,10 and A,J on fullring table are looser hands, in heads up you can play both hands

AJ AND A10
if they are good hands at the beginning my brother only that sometimes they are dominated but I don't always think he has a good ranki and you should play it but not very aggressively greetings
