Pokerstars 18 player SNG $3.25. Blinds 15/30. Player Young Jugger doubled up early with a set of Aces vs 2 pair. acoldturkey is a little loose. Liked to play a lot of hands.

The way I see it there are 9 outs for the flush and 6 outs for the straight (the 6 and 10 of spades has already been counted).

15 outs (I think it's 30%) . I would be putting in 60 to win 270 (I think its 23%).

Is this a call?

I know there may be a better flush or straight to consider and the 5 of spades will pair the board opening up a full house scenario but I was more concerned with trying to understand the odds.

I'm not sure but I'm going to think about it with you if you don't mind.

Don't you have (8) outs for the straight? (4) 6's 5,6,7,8,9 and (4) 10's 7,8,9,10,J?

With the (7) flush outs (not counting the 6s and Ts twice) that's 15 outs like you say or 2.3:1 to hit compared to the 3.5:1 pot odds, is this an easy call?

(you're calling 60 into a 210 pot ......... have I been figuring this wrong? I thought that was 210/60 or 3.5:1 pot odds)

The flush is marginal, though as you have the Q,K,A to worry about with (4) spades on the board.

Call?

with 4 spades on board it really depends on your read of these people... it depends a lot on preflop action and flop action...

IMO this is a fold, you are not even getting 4 to 1 on your money and you still have to hit to win.

Thanks for the advice. I folded the hand. Would not have made the hand if I had called.
