He just put how much into a pot calling you down? And now he is going to fold to $600? Where were you playing, CardsWithTheTards.com? The only thing that makes sense to me here is if he was either on a busted draw and could only beat a bluff or if he honestly believed you had the flush. But for $600 more, I think I need to call to see what the hell you were betting on (pay for info for the future). Hell, he's already thrown away 1/3 of his chips on this, what's $600 more.

not your bets, they were fine, I'm saying why would a player continue to call raises right down to the river just to fold to a raise smaller than the previous ones

Pot odds mean a lot to me if im way ahead in chips and its toward the end of a tourney, ive called down a few players here with crap and out flopped them, the only reason i called was the pot odds and to eliminate a player,, just ask xdman, he knows,lol,, buck:joyman:
