Clear from this seat that you are basically full of it -- no offense, really, but if you ever get around to lifting your head above the murky muck you are feeding us so far and admitting the real problem (that is, clearly explain how you failed to scam the site), SERIOUSLYLYLY, let us know.

And in one of your other failed, misinformation threads, you claimed ALL sites charge a fee to send a check to US players --- I couldn't let that BS go unanswered --- for the record, YOU ARE DEAD WRONG on that account! All that aside, it really seems you and your roommates (or is it alter-egos?) might ought to consider a different hobby altogether.

The main suggestion I really have for you is --- 'fess up or give this lame "crusade" a HUGE rest.

good luck

what did they do to you to make you wanna sue them....if its relevant you should start by exposing them to the rest of the poker community....maybe you might stir up the community to where people will start uninstalling their site and withdraw their funds....

If you are going to post in a thread, it would help to READ the thread before posting. Not just bits and pieces. The OP pretty well explained the problem, although it seems short of certain 'pertinent' details that are causing the problem.

Don't clutter up a thread without reading it first.

what's the point? what will that bring up???
e-mails or #'s?
no numbers on the first page of results but I found several personal contact e-mails which may get better results than the standard security@ emails posted on the site. Like I said just a thought.

So U have had 3 accounts frozen cos of irregularities that the site have picked up on and now you are using another friends account, probably on the same IP, FTP will catch on to this soon so the 4th account, 'your friends', will be frozen too. And you dont understand why they have frozen the accounts??? Also the moving of the 800 or 700, which ever it is, from one account to another looks suspiciously like money laundering which I suspect is why FTP won't payout. Just my 2 cents

This explains ALL OF IT very well....lol .... I was reading what this was all about but didn't have to waste me time doing so. What a waste of time and B.S to boot. I hope you take the advice of qwerrk and stop.

unfortunately they still won't ask me to provide any identity information, cause i have money in the account. $700 to be exact....

and still the other roomie..... they keep telling him he needs to send in prove of his identity for them to continue......
to continue what though?

I'd like to ask you a VERY SERIOUS QUESTION. Feel free to provide a VERY SERIOUS ANSWER:

Why haven't you and your roommate just sent them the proof of identity documentation they're asking for?

It's obvious what they want it for: to prove that you're not a multi-accounting cheat. So there's two courses of action available to you:

1 - If you're not a cheat and there are in fact two of you, send them the information they want. Chances are your accounts will be unlocked very quickly after that. If you were really prepared to sue them, BTW, then you would've had to provide them with your information (and your roommate's) anyway so they could respond.

2 - If you are in fact a cheat and you've been multi-accounting, then, well, LOL. Just... LOL.

well, this is just info i'm sharing with everyone

the lesson you need to learn, is watch all the fine prints

and for the latest question, they only ask for the roommate with $1.75 left in the account to send in prove of ID

the around $700 one, they just don't respond to

and for those peeps that thinks we're a muti-account cheating.....,
i can't stop you for thinking that if u feel that way

but honestly i'm just sharing my experience.....
someday it could happen to you!!

and just remember, they are off shore and BIG company!!
no lawyer you'll find will sue them for you!
unless you're ready to pay millions cause u're suin for millions.....

but us small timers, there's nothing we can do!!

and for those that think we're cheats and it never happened to you......
well, consider this :

how much did u deposit in there?
how much are you trying to take out?
or....have u ever even withdraw??
i know for a fact, most people loose their ass off......cause i'm sure you've all seen how some people play in there!! LOL
it ain't poker anymore! it's just straight up gambling......alll in preflop, or bet 50 times the pot size cause someone will call with a draw

i still enjoy poker! i go to different freerolls and play them!

i never think about withdrawing though......
my account is usually zero....then maybe $180...then zero again....

but it's fun....it's entertainment....
