But really I dont know more information where is the problem. But ok, I will not copy emails with stars here.
Send copies of your documents and your brother's documents from your poker client. Explain that you are relatives and play with one IP addresses, but with different devices. Your brother should have the same operation. If you and your brother had a Deposit or withdrawal of cash from one Bank card or online wallet, the problem can not be solved. I wish you to be patient and wait.

This isnt problem. Because we use our own credit cards and skrills for deposits and withdraws. So it cant be problem. I already send documents to stars, so I am waiting for new information.

Did your brother send the documents to support and explain that you were related? This is mandatory.

I am almost 100% positive they tried to cheat in some way.
We are not getting the full story.

maybe just move to a different site.

agree fully with you, the fact alone that they won't share the key emails that will tell the story in full is fishy in itself

What the problem? One of you open account on pokerstars.es and other one at pokerstars.fr (at FR account you cant play real money games). the problem is solved! Enjoy PokerStars :D

imagine if the next paragraph read something along the lines of...…

"it has come to our attention that you and <insert other username here> have been sitting at the same 6 max NL5 table\playing in the same 9 man sit and gos and after reviewing the play from the 2 accounts it is pretty clear that you were soft playing each other and most probably attempting to collude against the rest of the table.


as this is a clear rule violation as stated in the TOS you agreed to upon creating your account, we have decided after a full review of the situation to discontinue our services to you and will not reconsider the matter."



so in my eyes, without seeing the entire email history between stars and OP since the ban came into effect, then firstly, it leaves us all to assume that there is more to the situation and secondly, this will just become a pointless thread that will go absolutely nowhere.

I am sure they have 2 different IP adresses, two different providers. It's that easy!!!
Kurganov and Borey PROFFI PS and, of course, they are trusted by PS. And in relation to other PS does not allow 1 address for two. I think so .

Explain this and you will surely be asked to verify both accounts.
likewise I do not think it's because you play from the same id.
something similar happened to me because I was supposedly associated with other accounts with problems and they asked me to verify the account.

I had 2 accounts for 888 poker. I wrote them myself so that one of them was blocked. Which they did. I did not have any more problems with my account. And if I had not told them myself, I would have been identified and blocked.

After 4 days I have finally good news :)
I recieved email that it was standart verify procces to identify their players. They asked to send copy of a my ID card a photo of my face with ID card and some bill with my address.

My brother did it, his account is fully verified now. I just sent my documments and I believe that their will open my account very soon.

So thank you :) i thought that it is lost situation, but it looks that it will be ok
