New email from Stars:
Hello Paul,
Thank you for your e-mail.

There is no problem with having family members creating their own accounts, however if there is a problem on one of the members accounts, due to your close relations, the chance your account will becomes restricted until the issue on their account is resolved is high. This is so you do not access each others accounts until the issue is resolved.*
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Well, looks like they opened a little door for you.
I had a similar problem with PS because I had an old account that I almost never played. I opened a new one just because I forgot the password. When I tried to make my first withdraw in my new account, which I was using for a year, they blocked it. The worst thing its that they froze the account where I had money and left the old one, with 0 cents, unblocked.
After a a long series of emails, where I explained that I never use both at the same time, and my old one was inactive for a long period, they moved my funds to the old one and let me play.
I suggest you to ask them what the problem is that they are mentioning, and what you could do to solve it.
Maybe you can have a hope yet.
