Supposedly SealsWithClubs.eu is under a DDos attack right now. I guess they received a ransom note...just in case anyone has been unable to access the site. Micon, in another forum, has said they are not going to pay the ransom off are looking to work on security issues.

I would say this is the only problem I have with bitcoin, there are a lot of tech savvy, black hat people out there attacking bitcoin sites and that is sort of scary. One bitcoin poker site, betco.in, was completely hacked awhile ago. A lot of people are using bitcoins safely, and securely, but there is also a lot of shady hackers out there going after these sites too.

Looks like they've implented CloudFlare technology onto their site, which is a service for webmasters that helps to protect a site and caches a site incase it goes down. However, this is only for static pages and it seems like the poker client is still down. Will keep you all posted when I find out it's back, but I'll be gone most of the day.

Hey guys, popping in to answer some questions and give away some free chips.

1) SealsWithClubs was DDoS'd and was down for about 20 hours about 40 hours ago. you can see our FB & Twitter pages announcing every step of the way, and if you are really curious to see the ransom letter they posted check pg 49ish of our bitcointalk thread. We now use Cloudflare, a DDoS protection layer.

2) We play a game with our redeemable codes called "fastest finger" because the first person to enter this code: FEB-%AL&C79WTE and only 1st person gets 100 free chips on the site. (.1 btc)

3) We just launched our Android App: https://sealswithclubs.eu/android-app/ which works for cash games only right now, but totally opens up low-rake bitcoin online poker to your phone. Also I have been testing it on different, cheap ~$100 'droid tablets and it's awesome.

4) Recently Forbes did a piece on us and 2 other profitable btc gambling ventures: http://www.forbes.com/sites/jonmatonis/2013/01/22/bitcoin-casinos-release-2012-earnings/

A promotion we have running all February is called "Fastest finger freerolls" and they are 500 chips for absolutely free. I snap them off randomly 0-3 times per day. One runs in ~ 20 minutes.

These are 1x use codes - so you must have the "fastest finger" to get in!

FFF-*I2J^L9B&V
FFF-S&9DVW^N6J
FFF-R8KQ34D&96

we are always thinking of ways to give away coins!

The owner of a site like this is able to look at hole cards. I read a web page few months ago about this type of client. They have clients like this on other sites and I really don't trust them. I do game there, and have fun and also enjoy being there. But not sure if I would ever deposit money on any site with such a client.

Yea..the kindle fire is a modified android device to meet Amazons needs and wyith their own app store. I believe it does support flash but not through their web browser. The app is not on the kindle app store but was still able to download the app from the web. That said my kindle fire is not an hd version, which I've heard has some slight compatibility issues on some Apps but I have no idea about seals with clubs. Also some of the first gen kindle fires might have issues too but I'm not sure...my wife has one so I'll check sometime.

Anyways my kindle fire is version 10.2.6 and thus far has opened up the app, opens tables and everything seems to work as intended yut I've not yet played a game...waiting for freeroll and then I'll see how it works.

1) our software provider has never been compromised, i.e. no one is hole-carding. Of course when you run a site you could cheat it - that is the trust you put in the site when you deposit. We have a long history of running a fair game.

2) Kindle Fire, download android app from our site, works great! no tourney support yet, but that's coming very soon

3) Android app pwns, affiliate network marketing the site effectively, 214 logins as of this post, and this growth is hard to fake or ignore: http://www.pokerscout.com/SiteDetail.aspx?site=SealswithClubs&ab=4586762

GLGLGLGL and thanks all who play at SwC

Just saw there was an update on my Kindle Fire today when I launched SWC. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but looks like tournament play was added. If that's the case, this just might possibly be the first mobile poker app for not only Bitcoin, but real money in general as well. I surely have never seen another mobile poker app where you could actually profit from anything other than play money!

Yep, tournament play was added on the android app. The layout is extremely simple on the android app, which is good for me because I don't have that much screenspace.

Oh, and I use coinbase. Takes about an hour to transfer BTC in or out of seals. Then from there I can transfer to a bank account in about 3 days. You don't have to leave a balance on seals, can just transfer in when you need chips to buy-in to a tourney or whatever. Considering it doesn't take long to do so. I leave a balance on coinbase.

Hi guys!

1) Android app does in fact now have tourney play

2) PC Client this month! I am playing it right now, it is a huge step up from the flash client. You guys will love. Very soon public beta.

3) Can't give out any more free $$$ because of repeated attempts to keep rolling me under different usernames. That being said, we run a freeroll literally every hour so anyone can fire on our software and see what we have.
