Hello Collette,

I enjoy platying party freerolls and have won some tickets. I am wondering, do I have to make a request to get tickets converted to T$? I saw recently that party was converting tickets to T$. I would much rather the T$; can you please clarify about what kind of tickets are eligible and how I go about converting them?

please answer Collete, I have no idea how to join The Bridger

The BRIDGER has a min $5 wager requirement, simply play one $5 tournament and you will receive an entry to the freeroll which is later today

I've already played for $10 and still don't have access, maybe because sattelites and buy-in's paid with tickets doesn't count? there's nothing about it in the terms, that's why I ask

Tickets and T$ count as requirements - the min requirement for the Bridger is 1 x $5 event
For the Closer its 1x $10 event

T&Cs are shared on the promo page:

• Wagering to both the Bridger and Closer freerolls will be calculated once all tournaments end in full
• Once wager requirements have been met in full, for both the Bridger and Closer, tickets will be added to the players account
• For both the Bridger and Closer minimum wagering requirements – both tournament fees and bounty fees are excluded from calculations

There is no conversion to T$ for tickets won via the freeroll - you need to use the tickets
I am not sure where you saw such news and believe you have likely misread

Anyone play spins on mobile? The update has dome weird bunny points and if you click on it , it gives you bunny ears with no explanation in rules what it is for and a countdown timer that you can click ? Or not ?

It's a rabbit feature -you can earn points to utilise the feature which runs out the remaining cards even once the hand is completed - showing you what cards you would have received

There are also in-game currencies - "diamonds" - which can be used to throw stuff at opponents etc - it's part of the gamification overhaul the App received on the last update
Next update is due Jan for further enhancements across cash and MTT games

hi Collette, there was an update in software ,which party has done a great job overall but they changed the info box that shows on the top left, and i myself really miss the stat for the BLIND LEVELS status,, i find im always looking at the lobby to see .
Before the update it had been displayed which was helpful

Hi Colette, his party having problems with the mini millions for 200k, I have won 2 tickets last week and was keeping them for this week because I had already qualified for last weeks game. But there are no games until the 5 th of January and I will be loosing 1 ticket, is there anything you could do for me please?

hi Collette, there was an update in software ,which party has done a great job overall but they changed the info box that shows on the top left, and i myself really miss the stat for the BLIND LEVELS status,, i find im always looking at the lobby to see .

The stat will be returned in the next release, likely mid-Jan although its being repositioned

The MILLIONS for this week have been cancelled due to the issues experienced Sunday
Tickets will be replaced with valid tickets with an extended expiry to ensure players can use them

Anyone noticing severe slowness in the PP client?

Just downloaded the new client few days ago, after years of absence from PP. Setting some filtering options to find games makes the client almost freeze completely to a state where it is unusable. And does anyone know why there is only 32-bit version of the client available?

I'm quite sure the problem is not on my end.

Isn't PartyPoker blocked in Argentina?

Are you sure you have the latest software downloaded?
I am aware of no similar issues regarding "freezing" etc
I would suggest you remove in full and re download from the webpage which provides the most updated version

Hi Colette,
and thank you for answering. I did manage to get things working today after couple of emails with your support.

I was finally put in contact with a person who actually knew what he was talking about, and he helped me to really scrub the bits and pieces from Windows registry, etc, before installing it again.

So big thumbs up for your rep Alexander! He's the only reason I didn't ditch your software completely.

I will post the detailed instructions to this forum later for future use if someone else runs into same kind of issue.

Instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling the PP client

And here are the instructions which helped me as a Windows 10 user to get rid of the freezing problem.

A word of caution. Making changes to the Windows registry can really make a mess if you don't know what you are doing. So what ever you do, you do it at your own risk.

To uninstall the software:
1. Click Start, and then click on Control Panel, which should be displayed to the right of the start window.
2. go to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" to uninstall the Party Poker poker client
3. Select Bwin, and then click on Change/Remove button to remove the software from your system.
4. Go to C:\Programs if you use Windows 7 or 8/10 and delete the folder "PartyGaming"

To clean up registry before reinstallation:
Step 1: Click on the 'Start' button located in the lower left corner of your screen, type "Run" in search and click Enter to open "Run" dialog(Windows + R)
Step 2: Type 'regedit' and click on 'OK'
Step 3: Click on the ( + ) sign next to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER'
Step 4: Click on the ( + ) sign next to 'SOFTWARE'
Step 5: Look for the "PartyGaming" folder under the software tree, and select the folder by clicking it once.
Step 6: Right click the Partygaming Folder and delete the Partygaming folder under that registry tree

To clean up "Temp" and "AppData" :
1. Click on the 'Start' button located in the lower left corner of your screen, type "Run" in search and click Enter to open "Run" dialog(Windows + R)
2. Type "%temp%" in the Run dialog and click on 'OK'. (Temp folder will be opened for exmp : "C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\Temp")
3. Remove all the content/data in Temp folder
4. Go to "Run" and type "%appdata%" and click ok.
5. Appdata folder will be opened for example : "C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Roaming"
6. Delete "PartyGaming" folder if present in Appdata
7. Delete "cef-cache","cef3-cache" in Appdata folder (C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Roaming\cef-cache)

After that, please restart the computer and reinstall the software.

To reinstall the software:
1. Go to our website, click on the 'Free Download' button to download the latest setup file.
2. Save the setup file to the desktop.
3. Right-click on the saved setup file - "Run as Administrator".
4. Once the installation starts, you will see another screen. Choose your preferred language, click on 'Continue' and follow the instructions.

Issues with your NJ mobile app

I've been using your NJ Poker app on my andriod devices for sometime now. Overall I like the app quite a bit but the one issue I've been having is that after signing in and playing for a little while a message will pop up saying that my location can not be verified. It lets me finish out a hand if I'm playing one at that moment but it blocks me from playing any after that. The only way I can get it to work is by closing the app and signing in again. By the time I do that I've missed on at least one or two hands. I find it incredibly frustrating because a single hand has the possibility of drastically changing the overall results for that day. Several times I have been dealt premium hands but unable to play them. I havehused the app on a few different devices and it happens on all of them. I notice that it doesn't happen with your casino app but it does happen if I use the borgata or mgm poker Apps. I really do hope that it is a issue that you will be able to resolve soon

Have a question for Collet as the official representative of Party Poker. Why is there no any series at the Party Poker currently running? Usually, all Big series at major poker rooms coincide on dates. The Winter Series is currently underway at Poker Stars ... so why aren't Party Poker doing anything like that now ?? As for me this is your biggest omission!!! I would love to play some good tours right now.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but when I copy and paste a password into the mobile app it will not accept the password, it's a little hard when you don't have a pen or paper to write down the long password number and it will not let you put in a few numbers, go back check the password and finish off the password, it disappears
