I played last night and I don't like the game sounds or look. Kind of cheap. I'm afraid to think of the game software.

Just tried new Doyles for the first time-not a fan.

Couldn't resize tables, can't watch other tables at the tourney you are playing. Software is pretty awful IMO.

Looked at a few tourney registrations. Does this make anyone think "multi-accounting"?

what in the world ?

Doesnt that site connect to a sportsbook? Maybe they let sportsbook players play the poker games without making a nickname ?

How many cash players are online at primetime?

Anyone played at the network before doyles move, that can say if the volume has increased a lot?

Thanks

Daniel

That would make sense-and make me feel better.

I thought the same thing and asked the hosts, there are many very small skins on the yatahay network, supposedly over 50 skins playing in the network.

to all of you Doyles is just one of the skins on the network

Did you mean 50 skins or 50 people prior to DoylesRoom joining the network? :D

Well if the sports book doesn't require them to make a nickname, I think that's just lazy on the network's part!

That screen shot of Charade's sure would make me think twice!

Doyle's Room moved from Cake Poker to the Yatahay Poker Network
(home to True Poker)

because they owed Cake too much money?

They Did -- Unfortunately, it appears all the Cake players are heading for the hills. It is sad that the network has been dying a slow death for some time now. They had to make major mistakes, because it had the makings of a potential large poker enterprise.

cake is still pretty decent. There is always plenty of .01-.02 and .05-.10 NL going , and usually a table or 2 of .10-.20 or .25-.50NL. Plus their tournies are relatively cheap and get a decent amount of players. I Also like the 33% rakeback they give and the fact that HUDs don't work on there

The next great move the brilliant minds at Doyles have pulled off now is the new and IMPROVED Wed Bounty Tourny, it's so improved that it went from $1000 for knocking out 1 pro $10,000 for 2 and finally $50,000 for all 3 to the new version that is $150 per pro, yes you heard it hear first, that is the new and improved tourny, i guess because they say it's 5000 guaranteed but its a $27.50 buy in and everyone played it for the bounties anyways but not now, at least not this cat

Went to play the Bounty on Wed. Registered for it & a couple of SNG's. Waited FOREVER for the sng's to fill up & when they finall did, I was seated & then POOF... booted off the site. Open it back up.. POOF.. booted off again.. & again... & again. Lost all my buyins. What a joke!

Anyone still interested in joining up with Cake network... please guys.. do your homework. There are just sooooooo many reports/articles/threads, etc. ALL OVER the internet re: Cake poker going downhill over the past couple years. Sure at one time... go for it (If you can tolerate/stand the ridiculously poor software)... but these days I would NEVER deposit a penny on Cake.
