I recently started with JS, after previously playing elsewhere. This post is a tad concerning. Hopefully it isn't an ongoing issue and they pay out in a timely manner going forward.

You can always get your money off using 'Transfer Thread' although you will have to pay 20-35% vig, and research who you are trading with. But I will do this all day long instead of putting in a withdrawal request at Juicy until I see they have reported faster cashout times

Cashing out with neteller is prolly a lot faster than other methods. If its like cake,it will be several months..specially if you requested a check.
I hope they don't shut down before ya get paid. Its hard to tell these days.
I like intertops,it only took a week to get a check,but the charged 50 bucks.Was delivered fedex.

Here it is New Years Eve, an' I just thought I'd drop by and update what's happening with my Juicy Rip-Off cashout for those who asked me to.

Send them a few more Email asking about the identity confirmation and see whats going on. Also make sure non of the emails went into the spam folder, I've had a few go into spam before.

Intertops had problems cashing out peoples accounts in the US do to the mad dash to their site, as of right now no US players can make an account on intertops.

Juicy

I told you folks I would keep you up to date on Juicy. Well I don't have any money in hand yet, but I did get an email from Juicy yesterday:

Hello Player
Please be advised that your cashout request has now been processed and the check will arrive at your mailing address on record with juicy stakes by courier.
Kind Regards,
Juicy Stakes Support

I'll continue to let you know...

Finally!!!

Raise the flag and strike up the band; Roll up a fatty and put on some tunes...The check from JS came today!!! FedEx this morning.
So there it is, friends. First-person account of the time involved waiting for JS. 3 months.
I don't know if the time factor is different for those not in the US -- it shouldn't be, but for the sake of comprehensive coverage...I am in the states.
Love y'all
CrestRyder;)

This is an email regarding your requested check of $113.95, that has been processed on 8th of January.

Our check processor has notified us that there has been an issue when this check was issued, hence it had to be canceled.

If you received this check already please do not attempt to cash it as we will have a new check out on the way for you to following address:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,

Here are my poker notes...
Requested monies from JuicyStakes on 11/11/2012. JuicyStakes monies received ??/??/????. Hoping it arrives this month.
I have never deposited on Juicy. Just won some funds in forum freerolls then ran with it from there. Too bad withdrawals are forever.
Received a BlackChip Poker December payout in 28 days.
Waiting on a Sportsbook payout, but it is only 6 days old yet.

Intertops had problems cashing out peoples accounts in the US do to the mad dash to their site, as of right now no US players can make an account on intertops.

They opened up to US players again via invitation only a couple months ago partially to make sure they could continue to pay out in the same manner as advertised.

RE: Juicy Stakes

As of PokerAddict of 2+2's most recent cash-out report, November Withdrawals aren't even in the processing range yet:

Juicy Stakes D- (D+)

Juicy Stakes continues to struggle with US withdrawal speeds. The times are even worse this month. Checks arrive in 3.5 to 5 months. There are no other fees associated with a Juicy Stakes check withdrawal. No other methods are available to U.S. players.

Lots of speculation on this ranging from they don't have the money, to incompetent management, to they are holding funds to collect interest, to more mundane reasons like they simply can't find adequate US processors.

Admittedly US processing is difficult for gaming companies. There are lots of hoops to jump through in order to keep the process insulated and safe from predatory governments who might wish to deter such transactions. That said, 3.5-5 months is absurd :(

I notice advog says he not only got his money in one day, he added that he didn't have to submit personal paperwork, identity confirmation, etc.
It simply isn't true. Y'all can do what you wish, but I can tell you that since my cashout date of Oct. 12, I have received nothing, and also was asked to submit identity and address confirmation 3 times so far.
I will also remind everyone that I did NOT voluntarily sign up with Juicy Rip-Off, I was thrust onto them by Cake without my consent or opinion.
I continue to strongly encourage the readers of these posts to stay away from Juicy Rip-Off. :thrasher:

brazil is different from the US buddy.

Only thing I think we can conclude is that cashing out to Brazil is way different than cashing out to the U.S.

Yeah that's why you should play Bovada because they consistently payout in 5-14 days..

Stop depositing on the first sites you see. Or get over anonymous tables.

ACR/ Bovada or nothing.

I would argue that there are good options on all 4 major networks (WPN, Merge, Revolution, bodog). I definitely agree with the 2 you've chosen though. I work with and personally play at both.

Isn't BCP in the same boat as ACR? Both are WPN. I already had lots on BCP from when they were Merge, so I am on BCP. Should I switch to ACR?
