For players in the United States, this is probably the best option when it comes to online poker. It has definitely improved over the years.
I'm not a regular gamer there, but I can understand how someone loves that site, and it seems to be worthy enough to do so.
Also think that ACR streamers and professionals are very respectful.

I enjoy ACR, but the updates can be a hassle sometimes. Recently I started getting a message that every time I log-in I am using a new device and need to register it through my email. Just a pain in the behind. If the glitches and slow load times continue, then I will probably take my business elsewhere.

ACR is, in my opinion, one of the best poker sites I’ve ever played on. Let me give you a few examples as to why. I really like the ‘bot checker/human verification’ test that pops up if you have been playing poker all day/night long. Another reason is that a few weeks ago I got an email that stated that ACR had made the payout structure WRONG!!! Yes I said they contacted me(and everyone else that made it to the final day) to say they were paying out the excess monies to those that did indeed make it to the money!!!! NEVER EVER had a gambling site do THAT!!!! Maybe other sites have and I wasn’t aware but for me that was a first!! I enjoy playing on ACR and hope they keep it up.

Are we all just a bunch of freerollers on this thread that like all the games that WPN offers? As far as a poker site goes in my opinion it doesn't get much worse. These guys have removed basic components of both online poker and just poker in general several times. They have had chat issues for over a year, the protecting donks feature by disguising the names at ring games is a joke in and of itself, not to mention the 3 ticket fluster cuck. Before you give me the "they don't protect donks" argument, look it up, that is exactly why even they themselves say they hide the names at the cash games. They won't let you go back and see how you get knocked out of a tournament on the last hand without spending 20 mins just to track it down. The amount of games and tournaments they have I agree is awesome but the rest... needs a major overhaul.

Just an observation while reading through all of the responses in this thread... the excessive late reg. in tournaments seems to really put off most people in this thread & yet there's never a response about it. I personally would like to play tournaments on ACR/BCP but I don't because of the Late Reg.
More tournaments, less late reg., smaller gtd. prizepools. I believe it will still equate to more traffic... especially in the long run. Why not reserve the excessive late reg. to one or two tournaments in each buyin level (on weekend?) to inflate the prizepool with excessive re-entries/late reg. but keep the majority with MUCH shorter late reg. period.

I think this would be something worthwhile to send out as an emailed questionaire.

Other more minor issues... do away with the avatars and make it so that players can just put their own pics. in (ie. pokerstars, partypoker).

It's a good room ... and there are good prizes to be won.
The cashier is very practical with withdrawal methods and amounts.
The problem is that no mobile application, it would be one of its negative things

As an American, ACR is the best room for me. They offer so many different tournament options that there is always something I can play.

In addition, their crypto withdrawals are great. I don't think I've ever waited more than a few hours to receive funds.

Its funny, every table besides poker stars that I decide to play I dont like it, I dont know if its because I got used to the platform or just because im getting old and stubborn but i do see streams of players there and it looks childish the layout, anyways, wherever there is a deck you can play poker so whatever
