Agreed on the self control and PS don't offer you much tbh, but it comes down to bankroll management, set your levels and stick to it. Don't go above till you achieve the next level. 33% chance of winning so in 10 games you need to win 5 to break even at x2 it's not a get rich quick scheme.

Why would I stop playing them, they are the main games I play, I like how quick they are and I love the terrible bingo style players.

Sure suckouts happen, but if you play them well they can be profitable.

spin & go can be profitable if you know how to play it. i think i play good in this format but actually i'm not playing this type of games because it consumes at lot of attention and have being focused at games, so only for that reason i'm not playing spin & go's.

I do well in MTT but then I go to the spin then I end up giving tilt and end up giving **** I'm going to sleep thinking DO NOT PLAY MORE SPIN but the other day I'm the one again !!!

In my opinion, spin and go is like the fast food of poker. Its enjoyable while you're doing it, but I feel unhappy, bloated and dirty after its all done. I don't think I've lost a lot of cash on them, but it's really not +EV for me.

Highest rake is in spin and go. Most frequently you invest 0.25$ and play for 0.50$. That means 33% rake. Moreover these are always short stacked and very fast which makes it more like gambling instead of skill. I never play spin and go unless free tickets are given to me.

Spin n go s are fun but you sure cant wait for many hands. but you can make some good money from them. but have to take breaks once you win enough. don't like those timer ones after a certain time then all in right away until there is a winner.

don't you think Spin & Gos are more like gambling than poker skills? i been watching and learning play those better from OP Poker, on their website site, courses and twitch channel. they also pokerstars team pros, and PokerStars has great articles and ranges specific to Spin & Gos.
there a few pros that make money play exclusive Spin & Gos, however that depends on volume (need play a zillion hands before get anywhere. And need play $15 or less games, above that competition is tougher.
in watching the pros who are Spin & Go specialists, they must play many many hands to smooth out the variance and some point get the jackpots of higher than 10x
for rest of us i believe its a mostly gambling thing and cost you money.

Take a sheet and write on it: do not play spin and go and the amount you lost there. Then hang it by the monitor. When the withdrawal starts, just look at this note , it should be easier.
