I found their payout system too complicated. It's more like a game with free chips that can not be exchanged for real money. There are many other poker rooms, where more simple and understandable terms.

Perhaps even consider opening a second account for poker use only?

I have a separate bank account for gambling. I normally have very little money in there so security is not an issue. Bitcoin is so easy I would hope that they consider that option going forward.

I'm paranoid enough to open a separate account. Now I need to look for a no fee account. Maybe I'll give one of those online accounts a try now.

I play on global poker, i like it. ;) I'm playing on Ubuntu using the Chrome browser.

Cashed out successfully three times,

usually work my way up from .02/.04 to .25/50 in a week or two to cash out...

or, i get batted back down to .02/.04 or .05/.10 from .10/.20 or .25/.50

small enough stakes for me, a newer player.

The games at GP at the lowest stakes are suuuuper soft. Im going to likely be playing alot more on here to see how things go as you move up. Ive heard lots of successful cashout examples so i am willing to give it a shot

Cashed out again. Won $60 of it at .10/20. They advertised on facebook(while I still had an account), and i bit the hook.

Kinda leary about giving info out, especially bank, but i've also had an interest in computer securty too, so, venture capitalists got some of my trust so far. :)

never played at the casino limits, just some cheap tourneys, so this is a great way for me to get my feet wet, (for less?)

Interesting comments. I was looking to open an account after good feedback about GP. Unfortunately being from the UK I dont think I can actually withdraw winnings anyway...I hope they change their policy.

They are but expect a lot of variance.

Glad to see you guys have gotten withdrawals from Global Poker. I deposited $10 on Friday and they gave me $5 free. It's now Sunday and my bankroll is at $188. For Us players I feel like this is the softest site. I like it so much better than ACR. They have a ton of no rebuy mtt unlike ACR which has super duper duper long registrations. Keep griding everyone!

Is there a way to find a particular player at a table without pulling up the tables one by one?

Customer Service is a Joke

They double billed my initial deposit and refused to credit my account for the amount and said I needed to fix it with my bank which I did. I flagged the second withdrawal from my account with the bank and got the money returned. Global Poker then suspended my account.. They wanted my bank to put that back into my account. This seems extremely fishy and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. Needless to say I'm very pissed and would never in a million years initiate another transaction with these people. Very scammy if you ask me.

The customer service sucks so bad that its non existent. Last time I looked I couldnt even find anywhere to click for customer service. They used to have a little tiny icon to click but I noticed that I cant find it after paypal dropped them. Perfect example of them not giving a **** about their customers. Just shut up and keep depositing your money is the vibe I get from them. Someone should start a class action lawsuit against them. Pathetic.

I've been dinking around on this site again after a hiatus.....the fact that paypal is no longer an option is a huge drawback to me. It seems they're still trying to legitimize everything. They've lasted longer than anyone has thought they would so that's something. I have like 50 bucks on there....guess I'll micro it up a bit and see what happens.

You have $50.00 bucks on there, you are doing some things. I just signed up for Global Poker as well, I saw them on Facebook and Instagram and they said they take USA Missouri players so I did.

I havn't made any deposits on there and probably won't unless Cardschat gets on there, but will do the freerolls and play if I win something.

So its day 3 now since I cashed out and not even a peep stating hey we are processing your ID. So far this site has been an epic fail who will gladly take your money but won't give you you're money when its time to cash out. I will keep you guys posted...

I quit playing there after a pretty profitable run of about six months or so due to cashout delays and two "random" "securtity checks" hen I was forced to re-verify my account for no reason Also I found their customer service to be lacking compared to other sites

Every extra day with your money is an extra day of interest from a bank. Taking their time to payout gains these sites literally millions of dollars a year.

I haven't played here in a awhile but when I did I had no issues with cashing out. Since then they have switched to a new payment option, removing paypal. I may give them another shot.

I really like the the shorter late registration periods also. Thats what annoys me about ACR too.

It sucks how long late registration has become on most sites.

Rebuys/Rentries/Late registration ..... these games use to be off games but now they are the norm. Anything longer then 1 hour of late reg is too much imo.

I've been playing on GP now off and on for roughly 2 years have never had any issues with cashing out. PayPal was very convenient but have never had to wait more than 3 buisness days for my winnings and now they offer skrill as a deposit and withdrawal method. At first i thought something was fishy woth the site but now been playing there more than anywhere after researching alot about it. And now they allow you to see hand histories which proved me wrong. There's not anymore badbeats on GP than Bovada or ACR in my opinion. But good luck to you
