Hello, I have a question about the new ACR android application. Is it functioning correctly without any bugs or glitches? I experienced some issues like glitches and lock screens after using it for an hour .

Did not test if for now because they are still in maintenance. All the discussion about it here in this thread please.

Read here. The app is beyond terrible. At this point i would only use it to check games.

not really on mobile . but I did cash today 10,40 regardless with the app.. could only play 10% of my hands though.. I had to close and open the app constantly... I was actually glad the nightmare is over when I busted lol

YES , we just have to get back in lobby and after RELOADINGS we could able to take seat again and again and again ! I HAD PASSED THIS LOOP BILLIONS OF TIMES !!!

I hope they fix that nonsense soon. so far the special freerolls are the only reason which hold me there..

When did you get the email? I was going to download it this past week, but it said no tourneys.

The current version 1.3.1 theoretically supports MTTs but as others have said, it's a pain in the a** to play on the app. 🤣

To me a beta version includes all the relevant features but also a few bugs.

This version is more like an alpha one, where the most important feature of a stable connection isn't even held. 😱🤣

The Most infuriating thing for me yesterday was that the table froze constantly but notification about money jump appeared to be working 🙄

ACR obviously got no money problems considering these massive money give aways in the freerolls ..
Can't believe they won't find decent programmers .

Everyone else figured it out! Any competitor has a better app than them ! Even fukn 888

That's not the same though. Freeroll money giveaways they will usually get back. The freerolls are, in a way, employing a bunch of people to play on their website and create more traffic, fees, and rake.

Programmers though, that seems too complicated to make the connection that a better quality app would also lead to more people playing and paying.

They only earn rake in torunaments by entry fees in the special freerolls only 20 Cent per re entry

They are just unwilling to listen to their players and don't put an effort in their App and prefer to live in the 20th century .

yes but they maybe follow one day who knows. but there is a good chance they are not, at least the big ones. we will see. i never talked about a big problem by the way.

ur point that sites get back freeroll winnings is simply not true. if someone cashes for lets say 5 dollars he has to buyin for around 50 dollars first untill the site gets their money back. sure they stimulate the traffic a bit but we are not talking employing.

I have now played a few tourneys on the mobile app--I have learned to carefully watch the action as it goes around the table and if it stalls I go to arrow on top left and click on that--then i go to the bottom of that page and click on 'take my seat'--that usually gets me playing again for awhile
All rather annoying and I hope they fix it
