Josh Arieh said the games were way past him last yr(I think?) and he was going to stop playing tourney poker....at the end of the series he got a 5th for 6 figures....

This yr he has several cashes, a 2nd and a fourth and is 2nd in the 5k NLH tournament going on presently (granted it is early).

LOLDONKAMENTS.

Also, for those who think MTT play is a good plan vis a vis pro poker play; please see Dutch Boyd....3 bracelets in a decade, and no money at all.

Re: Dutch Boyd, a lot of that can be contributed to some poor decisions he made in the past, that he talks about in our interview with him: https://www.cardschat.com/news/interview-dutch-boyd-third-bracelet-fresh-start-4524

Day 30 Recap

Jesse McEuen wins the lone bracelet of the day; the $50K PPC (Poker Players Championship) plays down to the final table, with Melissa Burr making history as the first woman to cash (and make the final table!) of this event. Catch up on all of Day 30's events right here.

On Tap for June 26

Events 46 and 48 will play until winners are determined.

Events 49 and 50 will play into the money and on toward their respective final tables.

Event 51 ($1,500 NLHE Monster Stack) begins at noon, but recently changed to offer two flights of starting players, though no reentries are allowed. The tournament was selling so many seats that the demand prompted a new way to handle the massive starting field. Event 52 ($10K LHE) will begin at 4pm if there is room for it anywhere in the Rio Convention Center.

Today's Live-Stream Schedule:

#46: $50K PPC -- No hole cards/graphics

Thursday, June 26th #48: $1,500 PLO Hi-Lo -- No hole cards/graphics
