Were you able to use a credit card to deposit? We saw a vid that had a gal run down to the local casino to deposit live, but no mention yet (that I can remember) of using a cc, which at first glance would seem to have UEGIA problems.

Deposit can be with a Master Card, no visa, check either mailed or give routing and acct number and live at any cage.

Withdrawal Update

Initial withdrawal request was on Wednesday the 15th and I received the approval this afternoon Friday the 17th. They say my check will be mailed within the next couple of days.

Unheard of OLP turn around.

2 days to approve a cashout is hardly record speed. I've cashed out (since BF) this fast and from Lock. I mean it's fine but I think you might be overselling it just a bit. RoW players would get pissed if it took Stars 2 days to get them their $$s.

Thats me just peddling my wares with no intention to provide updates on the progression of state to state gaming, the latest happenings from the only state yet with legal OLP, or how their systems are working.

The date on the Check is the 16th but the post mark was the 17th which was last Friday.

I did not receive it until today, Monday the 20th.

I consider it a great turn around since its the fastest Ive ever had from OLP.

Though Im sure WV's getting his directly depositing following every hand.

The downside is :

A. With 5 minute blinds, Ill need to catch some hands early.

B. With 1/3 cashing, there will be way too many ITM.

C. Ill have to play with guys that will call a PFShove from MP for their tournament life with Q2os and felt your Aces with a river flush.

Anyway, I think you can rail without being in NV, you just need an account.

I see this as a step in the wrong direction. The more we have single states doing OLP the harder it will be to ever federally regulate it. This is bad news imo.

Without those individual states allowing it, no reason for federal involvement. It's more a catch 22, IMO.

Apparently that is how they want it, but! they could interpret the laws in a way which would allow anyone in any state which does not prohibit it to play on the Nevada site. As it sits (last time I looked deep), Nevada is hoping to expand with pacts made with other states. They really don't need the pacts, but they seem hell bent on doing this by a book that is still unwritten.

They 100% need the pacts or they (the site) could face federal sanctions due to interstate commerce being governed by the feds. I think even with the pacts the feds could assert that they should have control and bring charges (although a case like that could and likely would be argued in court).

I read somewhere that the company behind Ultimate Poker bought out UltimateGames so they would have programmers to design the software, so if this is true than it would be totally new software.
