I chatted with live support regarding the 'welcome back bonus'.

They told me:
I will give you 50% up to $500 reload bonus. It's valid for 14days. For every 400 points you earn, $5 will be released in your account.

Pretty sure you get 17pts. for each $1 paid in tourney fees. So the bonus would work out to same as 21.2% rakeback. (you'd have to play 24x $10 MTT to get the first $5 released)

400 pts in 14 days is a bit difficult to reach at the micros. If it was released in chunks of 1$ then it would be more manageable.

The website and all links from the client to the web - were forwarded to Ladbrokes. I think it was only so for Canadians.
Got reply yesterday that it is fixed now -and the Titan website does show-up for me.

Titan Poker also operates another skin on the iPoker network called Iron Poker. Iron Poker accepts Canadian players.

Any Canadians on here using 'Bank Transfer' as a method of withdrawling funds off of Titan? Reason I ask is... I've always used this method ever since skrill was no longer an option for us & have always been pleased with the results (fairly quick... ~3 to 4 days and it's in your account). I 'was' pleased up til' recently. I put in for a WD back in December. Said it was pending, then accepted but then went to my bank and no sign of it. I logged back in on Titan and the funds were back in my account. I chalked it up to some puter glitch error.

I went for another WD two weeks ago. Same sh.1t exactly. Said processing.. then approved. I go to my bank... nothing. Log into Titan & there it is... once again back in my acccount. No I haven't phoned support yet. Will do so tomorrow (Mon.) during bus. hours UK time. Will update with the result.
